Located on the gated Kissimmee resort community of Windsor Hills is this privately owned 6 bedroom vacation villa. It features a private pool and spa, an air-conditioned games room and is just a 15 minute walk from the amazing resort facilities. These include a heated swimming pool, a hot tub, kids water park, castle play area and a Tiki bar where you can get a chilled drink. Inside the clubhouse is a 40 seat cinema, a well-equipped gym and a games arcade with ping-pong and pool tables. Guests can head to the tennis, basketball and beach volleyball courts to find a friendly game.

The kitchen is located to the back left of the villa, well-equipped with all the appliances and utensils you will need for a self-catering vacation. Start your morning at the breakfast bar with tea and toast, while a nearby table provides additional seating should it be required. A formal dining table is located to the left of the villa, an ideal place to enjoy a meal. The main family lounge is to the back right with a flatscreen TV, comfy sofa seating and a nearby door leading to the private pool and spa. To the front of the villa is a second lounge, perfect for curling up with a book or having a quiet chat.

Bedrooms:
The Main bedroom is located upstairs to the back right of the villa with a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is to the front right with a King size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 has a Queen-size bed and is the only bedroom on the ground floor, it is adjacent to the ground floor bathroom and is ideal for guests who may struggle with stairs. Bedroom 4 is back upstairs and at the back centre of the villa with a King-size bed while the Toy Story-themed Bedroom 5 is to the central left with Twin beds. At the front left is Bedroom 6, which has a Princess-theme and Twin beds. All bedrooms come equipped with a flatscreen TV.

Entertainment:
Take a break from the Orlando sunshine by heading to the air-conditioned games room. Inside you will find a pool table and air hockey table, providing hours of fun for your whole family. There is also seating and a flatscreen TV, so guests who are waiting for their turn can relax and watch a movie.
