5 chambres 5 salles de bain piscine à la maison avec salle de jeux et améliorations à profusion! Notre maison dort 12 personnes. Nous sommes situés dans le prestigieux complexe hÎtelier sécurisé Windsor Hills, à moins de 5 minutes des portes de Disney World.
Notre maison est Ă  quelques pas de l'aire de jeux pour enfants et de l'une des maisons les plus proches du clubhouse et de la piscine du complexe.

Great property lots of room, nice pool and good TV and channels. Windsor Hills is great in general and the communication with the owner was perfect , proactive on everything. We really liked the stay and how everything was prepared.

Great location

Great location to Disney and all the parks. The game room and pool were great for unwinding after a busy day. Host was great at communicating and made the check in process easy. Highly recommend.

Great place for a Disney vacation

We had a wonderful stay in this house! We travel with my family and my friends. The house was the perfect size everyone had their own space. We loved that the Disney parks are so close and also close to walmart and many restaurants. The pool out back was great while the younger kids took naps. The large common pool was awesome and we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay, would definitely stay here again!

Great location and nice home!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Mickey Mouse Villa. It was great space for my spouse and I, our two children, and my parents. We all had our own space with great common space too. Clean and fun themed rooms. Close to restaurants and parks. Had a few issues with the pool/hot tub but we visited in January when the weather was cooler which may have contributed to the troubles. Sujit was very responsive when we did reach out. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing HOME

We stayed for 5 days and absolutely LOVED this home and all the furnishings. The two master suites were amazing and the 3 completely different themed rooms for the children were awesome. We had 9 people with us and it never felt crowded . . . each room has its own bathroom and the gigantic dining room table was fabulous for dinners and playing games. My two girls ADORED the princess room and thought the bunk bed was sooo cool! Owner was readily available and answered all questions promptly! We paid for pool heat so the girls could swim at night and they thought it was so fun to swim in warm water! Thanks again for everything. A perfect place to stay!

Fantastic property for a Disney family getaway

We loved our time in the Mickey Mouse Villa in Windsor Hills. It was so easy to get to Disney, which was a big part of our trip, and close enough that we could leave a park for a break and head back later without much fuss. We had 5 adults and two young kids, and the villa was a great space for everyone. The kids especially loved the themed rooms and all the extra little Disney touches. Though the strollers provided are well loved at this point, they did the trick, and it was great not to have to bring our own stroller on our trip. The Windsor Hills resort is well managed and maintained. Our kids loved being steps from a playground, and we enjoyed a couple of afternoons at the splash pad and resort pool, which is easy walking distance from the property. The owner Sujit was very prompt in communication with the small issues we had, and there was nothing that significantly disrupted our stay. Overall we had a fantastic trip and would definitely stay here again.

Incredible place and host!

From my first glance at this property listing, I wanted to get this place! We were driving our small motorhome, and I needed to know if we’d be able to park it at this location. I sent the host a message (late on a Saturday night), and he replied within two minutes! I booked it right away, and he immediately confirmed and sent an email with a welcome packet of information. I was already super impressed! When we arrived, the check in process at the resort gate was seamless. The house was immaculate, stocked exactly as described in the listing, and so beautifully decorated! We really felt like we were on vacation, not just staying at someone else’s house. I had a bit of a learning curve for the spa (we paid for pool/spa heat), because the spa needs to have the bubbles running for a bit to heat up. It took about 45 minutes to heat up when we used it, but we had cooler days since it was mid- March. Once again, when I messaged the host, Sujit, he responded and answered my questions instantly! We were there for a week and wish we had one more day just to be at the house/resort. The house is a short walk to the playgrounds, a small nature reserve, and the resort pool/store/grill. The staff at the resort was always friendly, and the neighborhood was quiet and clean- plus it took 15 minutes or less to get to the Disney parks! 100% would stay again and take some friends! Just a few extra tidbits regarding wheelchair accessibility, since that was a big factor for us choosing this property: -main entrance to the house has a small ~3 inch lip. We could jump it with my son’s chair, but just an FYI if you need to do it yourself or have a power chair. - main floor has two master bedrooms, a smaller kids’ room, and three bathrooms. Two of the showers would definitely work with a shower chair (the kids’ bathroom was a little small for using our son’s bath chair, but it did the trick for the week!). - The king size beds did have space under them, but maybe not quite enough to get a hoyer lift under it? We didn’t try it, but the lift would definitely fit in the room! - The back sliding/pool door just had a fairly normal threshold, so you can get to the pool deck. A wheelchair user will need help or a device to reach the door alarm button and maybe also to open the safety fence around the pool. -we got my son into the spa, which was a little iffy because of the width of his chair and the narrow spot of pool deck. Plenty of space to get in the pool!

Fun time but a better cleaning crew might be needed

Overall we had a fun time with our three kids. The pool and spa were heated as requested and the safety features of the pool (alarm and pool fence) were helpful with a 19 mo old. The play room was fun for the kids and had enough toys to keep our two youngest busy when inside. When we arrived after a long day of traveling we went to turn on some cartoons for the kids while we got situated and not one remote in the entire house had batteries. One of the master bedrooms also had no working light so we contacted the management company about these two issues immediately. They came very quickly with batteries for us to put in the remotes but the light issue was not addressed for a couple of days. The kids rooms were cute although the princess and Mickey rooms need a lot of TLC. They are very run down with lots of chipping paint. The house had lots of chipped paint and generally had a run down feel (some cabinets are crooked, dirty build up on the trim, stair railings had a lot of sloppy and chipping paint.) This obviously did not impact our fun, but for what we paid we would have expected a much more well kept home. There was a significant amount of mold in both master showers. We contacted the management company two times and responded when they texted us about a couple of other issues but despite being told someone would come to tend to it, nobody ever came to address the mold. My husband contacted them via text once more on Sunday of our Wednesday to Wednesday trip and got no response. As another reviewer mentioned, The air hockey table was not working properly. It seems there was not enough airflow to move the hockey puck which was bummer so we didn’t use that. The front door lock instructions need to be updated. The instructions talk about a a red or green button-none exists. It looks like the key pad was recently updated (poorly- crooked and doesn’t close super securely) but we figured it out. Not sure if this is from general wear and tear or the recent lock replacement but the front door is not super secure. Even with the deadbolt it has a 3/8” gap between the door and the jam. I will say that Sujit is very responsive both before and during our visit. At one point we mentioned that there was no spatula to flip eggs and by the end of the day Amazon delivered two of them. In the end we had fun but next time we would expect a much cleaner place for the price we paid.

Great for families!

Pretty positive. House was well stocked, as advertised
especially the kitchen. Location was excellent. We could walk to playground and to pool/water park. Dryer was not working, but maintenance replied immediately. Unfortunately heat element was not working so a part needed ordering and did not arrive during our week. It took at least 3 or4 cycles to dry anything. There also was broken glass on the patio by the pool. And the pool floor started to look pretty green after we had been there 4-5 days. Shower floors could have been cleaner. The game room was amazing for kids! The owner was especially attentive all week, and during the entire rental process. Daily trash pick up was wonderful! I felt we were well prepared for what to expect. Communication was exceptional. Pool was well secured with door lock, alarm, and wrap-around safety pool fence. Wonderful rental for a family with kids.

Wonderful location and property

We had planned this trip for over 2 years, and when we finally were able to take it, the property made is very easy. Close to anything we needed, including Disney properties, it was a wonderful place to sit back and recover after after a day at the parks. A few little items, like missing washcloths and less than perfect pool heat, were addressed quickly by the owner why was very responsive. I would most certainly rent this (or any of his other) property again and I recommend them (and him) highly. The only issue that caused a bit of a problem was a large hole in the screen of the lanai, which allowed dirt, leaves and an occasional squirrel into the pool area. I’m sure it will be addressed soon and I wouldn’t let it stop me from recommending this place.

Great stay all around!

Great experience with this property for our Disney vacation. The dual masters were perfect for our two families staying together. Resort pool and splash pad were great for the kids. Awesome location!

Overall the stay was good. We had 2 tvs not working, the coffee pot was broken but they had a kurig, the pool wasn't as clean as I would like (my personal opinion coming from a pool owner) We had one bed that had crumbs in it, easy fix with the extra sheets they provided. Overall it was good considering the traffic the home has throughout the season.

I'm going to have to pass on this one next Disney trip.

I'm giving this house 2 stars because the purpose of our vacation was for the kids and they had a great time! My kids are 5 and 6 and they loved the house, the toys provided and of course, the pool. However, as an adult, I won't be staying here again. This house won't be the worst rental you've stayed in but also will not be one you brag about. It just gets the job done. The house is very worn. Yes the owner is very responsive but not everything is a quick run to Walmart to replace or handyman repair. The hockey table is still a problem. The pool cues are still messed up. The two master showers are still very molded/mildew and both shower heads are needing to be replaced (leaking terribly, spraying up on sheetrock and won't hold position). Touch up paint is needed all over in addition to water stains needing to be repaired. The master beds are great mattresses but the sheets and/or comforters are likely made of polyester and not comfortable to sleep in. The top sheets of the bunk bed are so worn they are covered in pillings that my daughter couldn't leave them alone and sleep so I moved her beds. All of the kid room bedding is also that polyester sheets/comforters. The game room DOES have AC but is on a timer that maxes out at 1 hour so you have to set an alarm on your phone to remember to keep resetting if you want to keep the room ONLY slightly cooled because the converted garage is NOT insulated at all. The double garage doors are simply closed, that's it. Daylight is still coming in at tops of doors and the doors themselves are not insulated garage doors. So an AC unit in an uninsulated and unsealed room only does so much, especially when it shuts off every 60 minutes. I have no doubt my kiddos would rent this house again but since they are not paying the way, it will be one I pass on next time we visit Disney.

Excellent vacation

Our family stayed here for 1 week. The house is beautiful and in a very secure neighborhood. There was plenty to do for all ages, from the game room, to the pool, to the resort amenities. Whenever we had a question or concern, we were helped right away. The only issue we had was remembering to turn off the alarm for the pool area. I completely understand the need for the alarm, but it seems like if you dont have small children the alarm should be able to be turned off. We would definitely recommend this property, and if we were ever to vacation in Florida again, this would be our choice of whete to stay.
