Wonderful Stay

We had a great time. Villa was clean and as listed in the description. Close to playground and waterpark. Owner was responsive and professional. Everyone enjoyed the pool.

Perfect House for multiple families.

Great location to Disney. Check in process at resort was a little long after a 15 hour drive. House was clean and spacious and had everything we needed.

Great family place

Wonderful home. Nice and clean and comfortable. Kids loved the theme rooms and going to the splash pad and water slides. They are a bit far to walk for little kids, but there is enough parking if needed. The older kids loved having a pool right at the house. Looks very safe for little ones as well including available playpen, safety rails for beds, safety gate and pool alarm. Owner was quick to fix a couple of snags, but no show stoppers. They have a Nintendo Wii video game system (as if anyone has times for games on vacation!), but didn't seem to be any controllers.

Great family vacation

We stayed in Amanda's home for 14 nights and it was amazing. The home was so bright and clean and Amanda was so nice to deal with. If I had a question she would respond very promptly. There was a small issue with the pool heater. I reached out to Amanda and within minutes she was in touch with maintenance and had an appointment set up to repair it. She actually waived the pool heating fee for the full 2 weeks which was so generous of her. We have stayed at Windsor Hills several times and can't say enough about the resort. We will definitely stay in Amanda's home again next year if it is available.

Wonderful House - excellent location!

We were an extended family group of 9 travelling for 2+ weeks and we were looking for a spot where we could all have our own space if and when we needed. We found Amanda’s home in our search and are so glad we did. It is very much as pictured in the ad. Spacious and clean. Location is excellent, close proximity to the community pool. Check in was smooth and easy, and communication was always prompt with the owner. When we had issues with a few appliances, the management was quick to send someone to work on the issues. We also had an unexpected delay on our way home resulting in an additional 4 nights in Orlando. Amanda was super accommodating and we were able to stay at her house the added few days. Super grateful we didn’t have to move our group of 9 to a hotel! Very much recommend this vacation home. We will stay again!

Great stay

Property was as advertised. Accommodated our large family with 2 infants easily. Easy communication with property manager. Location was very convenient to Disney parks, however a fair amount of traffic congestion in the neighbourhood that made a 10 min Disney trip into a 30 min trip. Overall very pleased with our experience; highly recommend.

Disney Vacation

Pros: The property was great. We were literally, 10 minutes from Disney. The house was equipped with everything even for toddlers (high chair, railing for bed, plates, bowls, spoons and forks). The pool was heated. Cons: Only one roll is tissue in the bathrooms. Bring extra. Guests not registered for the property can’t get in. You’ll have to register them as you did yourself or pick them up from nearby. I met my cousin at Walmart which was 2 minutes up the road. Don’t go to Walmart. It’s a zoo. Worse than Disney. 🤣🤣🤣🤣 All in all, we enjoyed our stay and never had a bad experience booking through Vrbo.

All in all, a great stay. One exception would be the partying past 10PM, was annoying with small children. Left my info in house, be sure to keep your code handy (don't get locked out). Plenty of room, pool's were excellent .Floor plan worked out perfectly for multiple families. I highly recommend 👌

Great location and resort!

The location and amenities included with this house was great.There was a lot to do on the resort and was family friendly. The property could use some updates with appliances. Only the front burners worked on the stove top. Also, more cookware in the kitchen. There was limited pots and pans. Besides that, our stay was wonderful!

Perfect for families!!

We stayed as 4 separate families in this unit. It was 4 mother daughter combos and we were in town for a cheer comp. The property was perfect for all the ages in our group. The resort pool was fabulous. The home was wonderful with pool and hot tub. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and have their own space too!! Loved everything about it!!

Enjoyed the comfort & cleanliness

Stayed for a week and had a very nice time. House layout worked perfectly for our group and had all the essentials in the kitchen that we wanted. Had a problem at checkin with two screens on patio being ripped by recent storm but working with Amanda the problem was fixed right away. Appreciate the assistance working with Amanda, who was very helpful. Others had noted that the pool alarm was annoying but it didn't really bother us, however, we were all adults. Great Villa, would stay again!

Wonderful family vacation

We rented this house to spend a family vacation with our two sons and their families. We had a wonderful time. The house was better than shown online and was perfect for our family of nine. The pool and hot tub were fabulous. They were both heated to perfection. The kids were in the pool all day from the time they got up until the time they went to bed. Amanda the owner was excellent to work with. She accommodated all of our requests. I will definitely rent this place again.

The location was great! The size of the property was great for our family of 9. We could of used more of the staples… tp, paper towels, coffee filters, dish washer detergent, laundry detergent. We are bbq’ers so a bbq would of been awesome. All in all it was a great property and Amanda does respond to inquiries.

Our entire experience was amazing. The home is absolutely beautiful. Located in a perfect location in a safe gated community. Lots of room for large family. Everyone loved the heated pool, especially the kids. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The beds were super comfy. We loved how the house was laid out and the decor. Amanda was so great to work with on all the arrangements. We would definitely stay again.

great place for a large family

great house for large family , wish weather had been warmer but all enjoyed . game room/garage not heated so hard to use for our stay . also parking is rough , only 3 vehicles and was told we needed special permission to park in over flow parking lot in neighborhood so the one night son in law was here , he had to park st the walmart . but home is very nice , had everything we needed . we had a question on the pool/spa and host was very quick to respond . overall we really enjoyed home and location

Hi my name is Amanda and I live with my family in the UK. We visit Florida as often as we can to enjoy the sunshine and also to ensure the villa and Windsor Hills live up to their 5 Star Rating. The home is privately owned and I manage the bookings.

Our property is managed by a local small Management Company who will attend promptly to any issues you may have. I manage the bookings directly and pass on the information to the Management Company thus them knowing who is arriving and how long for and how many guests to expect.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

One of the few homes on Windsor Hills with All day sun from morning to late evening and no trees to block out the sunlight. Private Lanai area with undercover dining table and chairs and large outdoor TV Very clean and spacious. Open Plan layout. Bedrooms upstairs and downstairs so great for two families.
