**A Few Important Notes**


ID REQUIREMENTS: All guests must provide a government-issued photo ID at least 24 hours before check-in for building registration. Physical IDs are required for verification upon arrival. Security cannot accept unclear or incomplete photos.

GUEST POLICY: Only pre-registered visitors (maximum of 4 per unit) are allowed. Ensure IDs for all guests over 18 are submitted before check-in to avoid cancellation.

NO SMOKING POLICY: Smoking (cigarettes or marijuana) is strictly prohibited, including in Rooftop area, Violations will result in fines and may impact future stays.

MAIL/PACKAGES: Guests are not permitted to receive mail or packages without prior host approval.

CHECK IN/CHECK OUT INFO:

Check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-outs without prior arrangement will incur a $150 fee.

The unit includes access to all amenities such as the pool and gym. Pool hours are 7 AM–10 PM or 7 AM–12 midnight, with a maximum of 4 guests at a time.
