Convenient location in the heart of LA, easy to access but secluded in a quiet neighborhood near wilderness park. (Please read house rules prior to booking. No large groups, no smoking, quiet hours after 10pm).

Guest access:
Park right in front of the house and enter the private modernist courtyard through a lockable gate facing the street on the same level. Plenty of safe street parking right in front.

The backyard is not accessible.
Other things to note
HOUSE RULES:
1. No smoking/drug use of any kind on the property, inside or outside. No open flames.

2. Large gatherings or parties are strictly prohibited by LA County regulations. Guests who violate this will be asked to leave immediately.

3. This is a quiet neighborhood. Guests will be asked to leave if there are any noise complaints from the neighbors after 10 p.m.

4. No animals.

5. Do not flush "flushable" wipes down the toilet as they will clog the plumbing.

Please note there is a private guest apartment below the house, with a separate entry on the opposite side of the house to ensure privacy. There is never interaction between guests, and complete privacy is assured.
