The primary bedroom located just off the living area is a large private sanctuary featuring a king bed, gas fireplace and a 50-inch TV, an expansive bathroom features custom green marble. Relax in the soaking tub while taking in the views of the beach and shoreline. French doors off of the primary suite also access the ocean view balcony. The oversize bathroom and closets give you ample room for getting ready for a day out or at the beach.

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting.

Guest age requirement is 25+ unless accompanied by parents.
