À l'intérieur de la ville de Montréal, une belle et grande maison de 8 chambres dont 7 ont leur propre salle de bain privée. Grand salon et cuisine entièrement équipée. Grande terrasse avec vue sur la rivière et jardin avec une belle piscine privée chauffée. De nombreux restaurants, grands supermarchés et tous les autres services dans un rayon de 800 mètres de la maison. Près des transports publics en bus, métro (métro) et les gares. 20 minutes en voiture de l'aéroport international de Montréal et aussi 20 minutes en voiture du centre-ville et du vieux Montréal. Très calme et sûr et beau quartier.
Cette réservation a une politique d'annulation stricte - les remboursements seront émis jusqu'à 60 jours avant la date d'arrivée.
Un remboursement à 100% est prévu pour les voyageurs annulant au moins 60 jours avant la date d'arrivée. Aucun remboursement n'est accordé pour les voyageurs qui annulent moins de 60 jours avant la date d'arrivée. Si vous aimez les oiseaux confortables, la nature et les oiseaux exotiques, alors vous allez adorer cet endroit, mais si vous êtes très pointilleux sur les aménagements et les détails haut de gamme de l'hôtel, alors ce n'est peut-être pas le bon choix pour vous.

The property was lovely. The pool was a special place for our grandchildren to gather. The rooms were spacious and plenty of beds for us all. The spa shower was certainly a different experience. All in all, we had a great stay in Montreal!

George and his extended family were wonderful guests and stayed in our home for a week. During their stay, George contacted our house manager, Rami, to share a concern. He pointed out an older pan he found in a lower kitchen cabinet. Rami promptly replaced it with a brand-new one. We take great pride in maintaining the property with weekly upkeep throughout the year, though on occasion, small details like this can arise. We are always happy to respond quickly to ensure our guests are comfortable. We are grateful for George’s feedback, and as many of our past guests have shared in their positive reviews, the house consistently provides a welcoming and enjoyable experience for families and groups.

It was easy to find the house and the manager, Rami, was extremely helpful and pleasant during our stay. There's plenty of interior and exterior space for a large group to spread out. We cooked one meal for 14 and found plenty of kitchen paraphernalia at hand. It's not the cleanest house we've been in, and it lacks some details (towel bars, shower soap/shampoo). Our upper-aged group found the stair cases a bit of a challenge. All in all, we had a great time hanging out together for our family reunion.

Lots of room and a nice location!

The house was large and good for a family. Additionally it provides wonderful backyard views and is close to the bus stop. However, it does certainly need some TLC - upon our arrival, two shower heads were broken (makes you wonder about the cleaning), the game room TV didn't work and the ice maker didn't work. Also, the owner showed up 2.5 hours prior to check out to work on the pool and the yard - he was followed by the cleaning crew showing up 1.5 hours early.

Thanks for your review: - We had a check-out on the same day, the shower heads, that were broken by the previous guests who left a couple of hours earlier, were replaced right away. - There are 7 smart tv's at the house, all working perfectly. The Screen in the game hall is not a TV, it is a screen to be used with electronic games. - We have accepted our guest's request to check-in a couple of hours earlier, and since we had also a check-in on the same day that the guest is checking out, being a very large house, we have asked the guest if she accepts to allow the cleaning team to start at 9:30 am instead of 11 am and she accepted. I am glad that the guests enjoyed their stay at the house and used and enjoyed all the amenities of the house for a full week.

Not very clean

The house was very dirty with things broken. It lists a “gym” but the elliptical (only piece of equipment) was removed before we got there. I guess if you aren’t particular about cleanliness this house could work for a large bachelor party or something like that.

The fact that you had a nice family gathering of 20 people for one week, will require for sure daily cleaning and some work to keep the house clean and tidy. Unlike Hotels, we do not provide housekeeping services after the check-in. When we spoke with many members of your group during our visit to check the pool, they all expressed their joy and satisfaction about their stay at the house. Off course, the client is always right, and we shall continue to do our best to provide our clients with the best possible atmosphere to enjoy their stay.

Bachelor Party Weekend Stay

We were a large group of guys in our 30s in Montreal for a weekend Bachelor party and overall this was a great place to stay. Plenty of beds to accommodate everyone, lots of space on the patio and backyard, and the game room was a hit. Did a barbecue/pool day one of the days and it was perfect backyard spot to swim, drink some beers and grill. It took a little longer to get to downtown than expected but that was mainly due to some construction along the route. One thing that couldve been improved was to provide some soap and shampoo/conditioner for the showers but wasnt a super big deal. Overall really good spot to stay for a large group all wanting to stay under one roof in Montreal

Bachelor(ette) Weekend

We rented the house to spend the weekend in Montreal with our wedding party. The house is very spacious with multiple levels. There’s also quite a lot of sound restriction between the spaces. So if you have a group that wants to stay up late or if your group splits up in the house - sometimes you really forgot other people were there. Overall, this was a great experience. I think the other reviews of the space are accurate.

The house was large, as described, with lots of space for our family gathering. The house was well equipped with amenities and lots of kitchen equipment. The games room was fabulous except for the pool table which needs some repairs. The hosts were responsive when needed. We were not happy with the lack of cleanliness. We ended up having a cleaner with us every day of our 3day stay. There was mould in some of the bathrooms and all the kitchen cabinets needed to be wiped down. The air quality was poor, indicating the HVAC system wasn’t clean and there was a lot of dust in the house. We definitely left the house cleaner than we found it and feel our cleaning charge should be refunded.

Family Reunion

Our family of 11 adults and two teens spent a lovely week at this fantastic house celebrating an 80th Birthday and 55th Anniversary with our children and grandchildren...the location of the house is great for trips to downtown Montreal....the house has a heated pool and hot tub and plenty of activities for all of our family...the host was responsive to all our needs...would definitely recommend to all .....the pictures doesn't do it justice.....

This property could use some upgrades. It's okay if you're looking for just the basics but it could be much better if they paid more attention to it. You could do better than this property.

I am sorry that you felt this way about my property while everybody else loved it. This property cannot be compared to a 5 star Hotel and does not offer 5 star Hotel amenities. It is more of a beautiful and cozy very well maintained house with great outdoor beauty and landscape that can be rarely seen elsewhere. All the equipment work perfectly, the rooms are very large, lots of living space/ Each room is furnished differently and can tell somewhat its own history. In brief this is definitely a very different and very enjoyable experience but yes, it is not another 5 star Hotel experience.

Opulence!....an epic bachelor stay!

My friends and I planned for a stay at a different location which was cancelled on us the day before. I was devastated and got in touch with HomeAway who were able to secure this place for us after they put us up in 4 suites downtown for one night. My group of 10 arrived and were pleased to see how beautiful the home looked. The owner met us there and was very pleasant. We had space to park our limousine and he gave us a tour of the home wich was immaculate. 8 bedrooms! There was a loft bedroom above the master that our driver stayed in. There were 7 other amazing rooms. The master bedroom is truly luxurious with an ensuite including toilet/bidet room; double sink vanity; jacuzzi and custom shower with rainfall, 6 wall jets, and 2 shower wands that can all operate at once for a 9 jet shower experience that you simply must try. The other bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms as well except for the room on the main and the loft bedroom but there is a common washroom on the main. Charm The character of the home is well maintained. From the hardwood to the exquisite art and gold trim you can’t help but feel in awe about the surroundings. Many of the lights throughout are on dimmers allowing you to set the perfect lighting for your group. The kitchen The kitchen is equipped with an island and 2 fridges which made it easy to feed this large group. We stopped at the Costco nearby and stocked the fridges when we arrived. The kitchen also has a dishwasher; wall oven; and wall microwave. There were dishes and lots of cabinet space. There is also a fantastic barbecue outside. Lower level As you descend to the lower level (basement but definitely doesn’t feel like one) you will notice modern accents including the wall mounted tv; wet bar; modern furniture and 3 bedrooms. There was also a pool table; pingpong; and laundry. Entertainment Without question this was the best weekend with the boys that I have ever had. The patio spans the full width of this massive home. It is covered with what appears to be transparent plexi and it is netted in to keep mosquitos out. There is a beer fridge out there and lots of space for out door dining both on the deck and on the flagstone patio just off the deck. The pool is great with lots of pool furniture and pool toys which works well for families as well as groups of grown up kids. We spent a lot of time out back and were not interrupted by the rain due to the deck covering which still allowed lots of light in. There are TVs in many rooms in the house. There is AppleTV; Netflix; and satellite. There is also WIFI available throughout the home. Cots were available for extra guests and there was plenty of space to place them. Style Everyone was impressed by the style. The home is furnished with exquisite taste which adds to the aura of luxury that you feel as you approach the front door. In each room you can notice the attention to detail. Conclusion I would definitely recommend booking this space. It definitely exceeded our expectations. As it was my bachelor party, I had the master room to myself. I couldn’t help but feel a little bit like Bruce Wayne when I would wake up in the morning. The owner was organized,kind, and accessible by text for any questions. I have booked with VRBO many times and this was without a doubt the best stay I have ever had. I would like to thank VRBO and the homeowner for making my bachelor party an epic experience that I will never forget. Chris
