Stayed with 12 of us here and it was perfect. Great location not to far from everything we needed. Property manager was excellent to deal with. House was very comfortable for all of us.
We had a really enjoyable stay at this property in Montreal! The house was spacious and had plenty of beds, which made it perfect for our group. Everyone had enough room to spread out and relax. One of the highlights was the pool tableâit was a fun way to unwind in the evenings. The deck was also a nice touch, great for enjoying a morning coffee or evening drink. The location was convenient, and the neighborhood felt safe and quiet. The kitchen had what we needed for basic meals, and check-in was smooth with clear instructions.Would definitely recommend this home for groups or families looking for a comfortable base in Montreal!
From my mom...: I was really disappointed getting to your place didn't smell clean, the sofa in the pictures was fabric and smell too not like in the picture was leather, the bed the worst cheap sheets and dirty we need to buy sheets to use. I wouldn't recommend your place at all.
Was as advertised
Bathrooms updated
Only complaint is there was only 1 tv
Everything else was very good
It was very nice to have parking. The house is in a residential neighborhood with very little on street parking
Clean. We stayed in three apartments next door to each other, owned by the same person. There were 13 of us between the three houses and we each had our own room. It could have comfortably fit another 13 between the three houses. Close to a canal that has a nice walking path. We traveled by bus and were picked up and dropped off daily at this location.
Clean, tidy and spacious property with ample space for parking. Kids loved the backyard and the fuse ball table. Evgeny (property owner) was very responsive. Fully stacked kitchen, nice bed and spacious bathroom.
Best place to stay as a group and enjoy Montreal.
We rented this house for a group of 16 people en route from Halifax to Ontario for a wedding. It was perfect for our needs, and the parking lot meant all the out-of-towners didn't have to worry about parking in Montreal, which was great. The kitchen had enough place settings for everyone and some staples on hand from past guests - we scored a packet of Red Lobster biscuit mix and were thrilled.
The only drawback is the location. It's pretty far from downtown Montreal, so if you're looking to explore the city expect a few cab rides. There was also a lot of construction during our stay, which should be expected in MTL. Even with all that, it's really close to the Lachine Canal, which is a lovely spot for a walk.
We had a crew of 16 people who were driving from Halifax to Ontario (by way of Montreal) for a wedding. This was one of the only spots that could fit us all, and we were thrilled with how it worked out. The kitchen had all the necessary supplies, and there is a big parking lot which is incredibly helpful when your travelers have several cars to deal with. Avoiding Montreal parking is a huge bonus!
The one drawback is the location - it's near the beautiful Lachine canal, but pretty far removed from the downtown area or other more lively parts of the city.
Great owner, nice property for the right group of people
Evegeny is a wonderful and responsive owner. Everything was exactly as promised and advertised! All of my questions were quickly answered.
Me and some friends rented the home for the Formula 1 weekend in Montreal. The property was much further from "the action" than we would have liked, but we could easily take Uber and the Metro to get around, especially to the racetrack. If you want to be away from the town center and all of that madness of Formula 1, then this is a good place to stay. I could see this being great for a family with children, or a large group of bachelors/bachelorettes who want nice space and don't mind needing to take transportation everywhere.
The only downside, which has nothing to do with the owner or property, was the location. The street itself was super dusty due to nearby construction. I'm talking clouds of billowing dust! It all had a very industrial feel. Strangely, by walking just a few blocks away it suddenly became more of a green "neighborhood" feel with a nice cafe and other amenities and much less dust. I hope for future renters this issue will be all cleared up.
10/10 Excellent

Property was awesome! We stayed the weekend had a great time playing pool/cards and went out downtown. Beds were super comfortable and off street parking is always a plus.
