Enjoy our two units, Galeria 1 and Galeria 2, simultaneously! These two elegant and majestic properties are located in the vibrant heart of Montreal, where everything you need is right at your doorstep. With a total of 7 bedrooms, they are the perfect getaway for large families and groups of up to 18 people. The Galeria Duo offers a harmonious blend of modern luxury and the city's historic charm.
Upon entering the two apartments, you will be immediately charmed by the elegance and brightness of the spaces. The living rooms are spacious and open, and all main rooms are bathed in natural light thanks to the large windows, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The comfortable sofas invite relaxation, while the modern and sleek decor adds a touch of sophistication. The fully equipped kitchens, with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, are perfect for preparing delicious meals that you can enjoy in the adjacent dining rooms, large enough to accommodate your entire group. The seven bedrooms are havens of peace, each tastefully decorated and offering comfortable beds for restful nights. The three modern bathrooms are equipped with all necessary amenities, including essential toiletries. Finally, enjoy our two sunny balconies, ideal spaces for a morning coffee or to unwind at the end of the day.

Our two properties are located in the heart of the Plateau, just a few steps from downtown, La Fontaine Park, Mont Royal, and the lively Mont-Royal and Saint-Laurent streets. You will appreciate the artistic feel of the place, the high ceilings, and the high-quality furniture.
***The private terraces and balconies are furnished between May 1st and October 15th. Out of season, the space is still accessible but not properly furnished.***
**Snow removal is done within 24 hours after storms with over 5 cm of snow. Shovel and salt are provided for your use during your stay.**
Travelers are required to be of 25 years old at the time of booking.
Your reservation will result in you receiving a link for ID verification (Valid ID, agreement to rental contract, and a 750$ security deposit). Quiet family neighbourhood, neighbours can be grumpy at times but they don't bite - be mindful of the noise levels to win their hearts.
The property does not feature a private parking. But this has yet to be a problem, as there is plenty of free street parking available (make sure to check your arrival information to better understand the signages to avoid fines).
The base price offered is for a limited number of guest, please check the lisiting details. There is an extra fee for every additional person.
The maximum occupancy of the unit must be followed at all times.
If the number of people exceeds the number registered initially, without notice to the landlord, a fee of $ 70 per person/ per day will apply automatically. To avoid check-in problems and surcharges, please make sure to book for the right number of travelers because the number of people will be checked during your stay.
Breakage and damage must be reported to the landlord as soon as possible.
Travelers are required to be of 25 years old at the time of booking.
