Designed for comfort and style, this residence features a king bedroom and a queen bedroom, making it ideal for couples, families, or friends traveling together. The spacious private balcony invites you to unwind with morning coffee or evening drinks while enjoying views of the vibrant neighborhood. Inside, you’ll find a bright open-concept living space with modern finishes, a fully equipped kitchen, and thoughtfully curated details to make your stay seamless. Step outside and explore Chelsea’s world-renowned art galleries, stroll the nearby High Line, or dine at some of New York’s most celebrated restaurants. Other Things to Note:

Pet Policy: Pets are allowed with owner approval and a one time $350 charge. Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.



This property requires owner approval for all reservations, and is subject to a background check after the booking is completed to confirm the reservation.



This property only allows a 6-month term minimum, up to 12-24 months. Furnished lease is preferred. Please note that utilities are separate from the total booking amount and are to be covered by guests throughout their stay.

Guests are welcome to use the gym; however, please note that all use is at their own risk.



As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.
