The Space:
Welcome to Rhodes Court, a three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom penthouse duplex loft in the heart of Chelsea. Spanning 1,587 square feet, this light-filled residence includes a 978-square-foot private wraparound rooftop terrace with stunning views of the Empire State Building. The lower level features double-pane floor-to-ceiling windows, 9'2" ceilings, and a chefâs kitchen with German cabinetry, white quartz countertops, and Miele appliances. The bright living area opens to one of two private balconies, while the primary suite offers another balcony, a walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom with radiant heat floors and a Zuma soaking tub. Upstairs, 11-foot ceilings elevate the spacious third bedroom, which features a dedicated workspace, an workout equipment including an indoor bike, yoga mat, workout bench and a set of adjustable dumbbells, and direct access to the rooftop terrace with panoramic views of Hudson Yards and the city skyline.
Located in a boutique building with just five lofts, the residence also features a virtual doorman and full-size storage. The Neighborhood:
Chelsea is a composite of town houses, low-rise apartment buildings, luxury high-rises and trendy attractions like the High Line, the elevated park built atop former railroad tracks. Set in former factories are more than 200 art galleries as well as Chelsea Market, filled with upscale food purveyors, restaurants and shops. Though no longer quite the LGBT bastion it once was, Chelsea is still home to many gay bars.
Other Things to Note:
Refer a property to Rove, get up $7,000 in cash. Terms and conditions apply. Email realestate @ rovetravel com with the property address for confirmation on referral eligibility.
Pets are allowed with owner approval and a one time $350 charge. Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.
As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.
Monthly Housekeeping Policy:
For all reservations with stays of 60 nights or longer, a full mid-stay cleaning by our housekeeping team is required every 30 days. The required mid-stay cleaning fee(s) will be invoiced immediately prior to the service and upon coordination of a suitable date and time for the cleaning to take place.
Security Deposit Policy:
- Stays up to 89 nights: $2,500 credit hold
- Stays between 90 and 179 nights: $5,000 credit hold
- Stays of 180 nights or longer: Cash security deposit equal to one monthâs rent
All security deposits are processed as a credit card hold 2 days prior to arrival and released 2 days after departure, or as a bank transfer for stays of 180 nights or longer.
