Prime location in NYC! Fantastic views! Very comfortable 6 night stay for our family of 4, with 2 teenagers. Honestly, was expecting your typical cramped NYC apartment. But this was surprisingly spacious and full of light with all the windows! Painless check-in and check-out process. Easy communication with the host. Apartment was clean, just as pictured. Neighbors were quiet. Highly recommend!

This property was a great location with a great view. Communication was slightly lacking and the owner of the unit received an eviction notice while we were there, but other than that, it was a great stay!

Regarding the notice you mentioned, that was actually a clerical error from the property management company, which was cleared up right away. The ownership and operation of the unit were never affected, and we’ve since taken extra steps to make sure future guests never experience any confusion like that again.
