Situé dans un lotissement spacieux et prestigieux. Avec dans 1 à 2 blocs sont 2 parcs impressionnants pour les enfants à jouer.
Le NOUVEAU complexe commercial Mega Mountain View Village est situé à quelques pâtés de maisons de l'établissement.

Cette magnifique salle de réunion moderne et ouverte avec 7 chambres spacieuses, une salle de jeux et une 8ème chambre, avec 11 lits séparés! Romantique et élégante, grande suite parentale lune de miel avec salon et cheminée. Dispose d'une grande salle familiale exquise avec de grandes fenêtres. De nombreuses fenêtres donnant sur la montagne, Spacieuses env. 4200 pieds carrés, hauts plafonds plusieurs cheminées.

Salle de théâtre avec d'élégants fauteuils en cuir. Theatre comprend également un écran de 120 pouces, un projecteur HD brillant, une télévision par câble et un système de karaoké avec des centaines de CDG, parfaits pour le divertissement en famille.
Bureau complet avec écran d'ordinateur 43 ", imprimante couleur / copieur

Manger pour 20! Cuisine lumineuse entièrement meublée avec tous les accessoires (aide-cuisinier, blendtec, autocuiseur électronique, cuiseur à riz, appareils ménagers, etc.) et utilisation de deux réfrigérateurs.

Les caractéristiques de luxe comprennent également 5 télévisions HD à écran plat, un centre de divertissement de 65 pouces, une télévision de 50 pouces dans la cuisine et plusieurs chambres à coucher. I have stayed at a lot of VRBO's over the years; this was one of the best. They were very easy to communicate with and accommodating. They answered all my questions in a timely manner. The house is in a beautiful neighborhood and close proximity to Walmart, gas, etc. It was a short 25 minute drive to Salt Lake City and only about 30 minutes to Brighton Resort. Perfect location and a beautiful spacious home! I would highly recommend this vrbo, our stay in Utah was epic!

Great proximity to Jordan River Temple

Plenty room for our family for sons wedding. The use of the term luxury is a bit overstated given that the 20 year old home is dated throughout. It’s simply a large tract home in a nice neighborhood. The beds are generally pretty good and everyone had plenty of space to enjoy being together 5 days. Yes I would recommend to others for sure.

Ample space for 11 of us. They traveled from Texas, Colorado and Washington. I came up from the southern part of the statehaving moved there last year. We used to live on the east side so it was great to visor favorite restaurants.

House was large enough for our group and mostly well-stocked except some essentials were running low. The contract had some inconsistencies and was over the top in its language, as were the house rules, but all in all, the stay worked out great. Some of the beds were squeaky and not that comfortable. Some outlets were not working. However, this property was as good or better than most large VRBO’s I’ve rented. Certainly adequate for our needs.

Very nice spacious home

We had a great stay. We had traveled to the Salt Lake area for our daughters wedding. There was room for all the bridesmaids and some of our family. The host was very helpful and left a baskets of snacks for us to enjoy. We ended up into needing all of the beds the advertised which was a good thing because part of their count included sleeping bags and sleeping on couches. There are actually only beds for 18. Still a wonderful house and we really enjoyed the theater room.

Nice house but disappointing experience with unexpected rental fee

The house was comfortable, clean, and as described. There was a ton of room, extra linens, and dishes to accommodate our large family. The location and the neighborhood were also perfect. However, there were numerous things that would lead us not to book here again. First off, a short time before our trip we received a message stating that we needed to pay additional money in order to keep our reservation due to housing cost increases. I know this is not allowed by VRBO, but we had family coming in from all over the country and it was too late to book something new. It felt like they really didn’t want us to rent at that time since owner said they would be in town and wanted to stay in their home. It would also have been beneficial to know that this was someone’s home (as stated in the guest book). It is not exclusively a vacation rental. There were signs posted all over advising us of extra fees that would be imposed if things were not exactly how we found them, certain rooms that we could not go in, and dishes we could not use. There was also a lot of tasks that were required for check out that we have not seen at other rentals (wipe down bathrooms, sweep and vacuum, and to leave it as we found it.) The cleaning fee seemed a little high for us having to do so much cleaning upon departure. It was also concerning that they did not require us to bring the comforters to the upstairs laundry room, only the sheets and pillowcases. This led me to believe that they are not laundered between guests. All in all, it was adequate for our needs, but we would not be willing to stay here again. On a final note, Property manager Courtney was great to work with.

Nice, spacious house - But disappointing experience

The first thing I want to say is that Courtney, the Property Manager is fabulous! She took care of things that needed attention promptly and was very friendly and helpful. She was also very easy to reach and pleasant to work with. Now, to the interesting part. After signing the contract in Oct, we received an email from Marie in March stating that that due to housing cost increases (30%), they needed an additional payment. We thought this was strange but it was getting late to book another place and we didn’t want to make a big deal of it, so I told her we wanted to keep our reservation and we paid the extra fee. I then received a message asking us to sign a new contract (with changes that included extra fees). We then got suspicious that maybe the account had been hacked or this wasn’t legit. I contacted VRBO and was told to not pay the extra charges (which I already had) or sign a new contract due to the fact that neither is allowed by VRBO. I then got an angry email from Marie 16 days before our check-in date questioning our integrity, saying we went behind their backs. She also stated, that they could cancel our reservation up until the arrival date. We were stressed out since we had 14 people looking forward to a long-awaited family vacation. From that point on we were walking on eggshells. The house had signs posted everywhere that touching wires on the TV would be an extra charge, plus a strict set of rules for the house, etc. Unfortunately, we didn’t feel welcomed in the house. We had 6 children that we were constantly having to tell not to touch something or don’t wear your shoes in the house, etc. We left the house in pristine condition (which Courtney thanked us for). You have to pretty much clean it before you leave (even though we paid a cleaning fee). “Leave it as you found it” was the stipulation, or there’s an extra fee. Then to top it all off, a few days after we checked out I received a text inquiring about some missing items. We didn’t touch anything that didn’t belong to us, we felt very offended as to what that was about. Our experience was stressful before, during and after our visit. The house is nice, it was perfect for our family, but it wasn’t worth the strict rules and stress that came with it. We understand that there have to be rules, but that and the extra fees made our vacation a stressful one. I’m sure this isn’t going to be received well, but we truly feel that people need to have a "heads up" on this one.

Beautiful and spacious

Really enjoyed our stayed. House has everything you could need. Everyone was comfortable and able to get our family reunion the way we wanted. Host and agent communicative and willing to help out. One thing that made us unease is the times owners came by. We understood why just made us feel unease as if they were concerned for the home. Beautiful neighborhood, not isolated. Plenty of stores nearby.

Owners very rude...

Constantly worried I would offend the owners with the basic customer service questions I was asking, and they threatened that they would cancel our stay, as they attacked my integrity. House advertised accommodations for 15-25 people, but 15 people barely fit, and many had to sleep in one general area, which created some problems with some people who snored, and for privacy, and interruptions. Extra beds were not set up, hot tub was dirty, and looks like owners live in their house, so very little space for storing clothes, as all closets and dressers were full. Not enough bathrooms to really accommodate that many women. Only one key provided, which isn't convenient for 15 people coming and going. Rugs are a tripping hazard. Laundry was still in dryer from last visitors. Too many plug-ins and fake fragrances. Had to pull them all out and open windows. Overall house was nice, but owner's rudeness was disappointing, and made us worry they would charge us for anything out of place when we left.

Beautiful home away from home

From the beginning to the end of our five night stay, the owner, as well as the property manager were amazing. The communication with them was simple, yet thorough. Always getting back to me immediately when I had a question. Also offering suggestions for our stay. This 7 bedroom home is graced with a family atmosphere that made it so comfortable for our large family. My adult children loved being there. We had everything we could possibly need at our fingertips. If we thought about it, we found it. Especially in the kitchen. (Very important for my family!) Our only regret is we were so busy that we couldn’t spend more time at the house. To fully take advantage of all the added perks. We never used the movie/ karaoke room, and only used the enormous hot tub once. I guess we’ll just have to go back. And we’ll definitely stay there again!

UPFRONT & DESCRIPTIVE

Stayed last winter but concerned with recent reviews, our last visit was so great, decided to stay here again for our reunion and so Glad, Elegant. This house is Big, We had a group of 23, there were only 12 beds, just 1 twin so several kids used provided sleeping bags. Large TVs in all 7 bedrooms This home is a bargain, Reading reviews, concerned about fees, again the Only fees were disclosed all at booking The owners were nice & relaxed. However, we noticed 2 signs, saying part of the garage is reserved for owners' stuff, & another about not changing TV connections. I always try to leave an honest review as I so much appreciate the reciprocal Overall, it was Clean & comfortable w/ extra supplies. Well-kept home (not a rental) extra clean & tidy, refreshing. The owners must take pride in the furnishings & decorating; better than shown on VRBO. Driveway only has room for 3 cars, so had to also use street parking. Good location, We only found 2 parks, the pavilions, and playgrounds were nice, had Fun! Refreshing stay in the Mountains, the men hiked many of the close by trails, others visited National parks not far. Last year stayed in the snowy winter as kids did the Ski resorts, house is 30 min. from mountain resorts. Many features The Theater room with all the movie / cable channels, & Karaoke. There's workspace in the basement with a HD Monitor & color laser printer. Internet speed was only 500 mgs but sufficient with our large group. Worried about the Hot Tub, But its Huge, Great Concern about only 4 bathrooms, however there is an unlimited instant Hot water heater. My Elderly parents can't do stairs but used the main floor bedroom / bathroom. Two large dining areas, seating 20, We had several cooks, But the large kitchen had many more appliances. The many condiments and spices saved us some shopping. One of the biggest shopping centers is within 5 minutes of the house called Mountain View, with Theaters and enjoyed dinners at many restaurants there. Will come back again, our stay was so successful. Thank you, Marie and Holly, for a most refreshing stay

You Get What You Pay For

I wasn't going to leave a review at first, because the stay wasn't everything we hoped for. I just thought, oh well, it was affordable, and comfortable enough. No need to really leave any kind of review. If anything, I think the communication with the property manager, Courtney, is what is saving this review. However, we checked out yesterday morning, and today, I get a message from the owner that their kayak is missing and that it is coming out of our deposit. First of all, I am not sure they are aware of how they have their VRBO listing set up, because in the breakdown of the fees, there is no deposit listed, so even if there was a deposit, and I wanted my deposit, how do I get it back? In most VRBO's they list a refundable deposit in the breakdown of fees, which there isn't. Second, the whole time the hot tub did not work, the weather was cold, and so we wouldn't have even gone outside to do any kind of kayaking. Which again, never saw one. If anything we were really patient with the problems that came up, but honestly, we were just trying to have a relaxing week and not worry too much about the small stuff. It just really rubbed me the wrong way about this accusation about a kayak we never saw. Some other things that I should have brought up to Courtney, but didn't, is all the clutter in all the drawers. There wasn't really any place to put your own belongings. Again, just thought it was small so didn't want to bother with it at the time. This was the first house that we stayed at where almost every drawer had something in it. So overall, home is affordable and at first impression seems great, but there are a lot of things that can be worked on. Property manager was easy to reach and was helpful.

Good place to stay with friends and family

House was located in a quiet neighborhood and close to shopping. Enough room so everyone had their own space as well as places to gather---large kitchen, large hot tub, large entertainment room. Front porch caught the afternoon sun---comfortable to sit out there even in winter. Little further out from ski areas/ski bus but SLC has good road system.

Great for family get-together!

This home was lovely and accommodated our large family very well. Plenty of rooms and beds for everyone to have a space. Adequate common area; FUN theater room and hot tub, back patio area for people to gather and enjoy time together. We had everything we needed. Marie and the property managers were very easy to communicate with. We enjoyed our stay very much!!!

As a Mother of 11 and a Grand Mother of over 20 I have had the fortune of creating the most appealing Utah Spacious Home for my Family ! This has been a work effort of 3 years. I am a registered Chaplain and dedicated to help those around.

When I have traveled and had questions concerning a particular property of interest, I have wanted to be able to call someone and get prompt answers to my questions but I have not always found that to be the case and it has frustrated me.
I don't want you to experience that so I want you to know that I check my phone on a regular basis and will get back to you A.S.A.P.
Also, please note that texting works better for me and I respond quicker through texting but also welcome calls and if I miss your call, I will get back to you as quickly as possible

We have a very large family here in Utah, and wanted some place to have Reunions, Weddings, and all sorts of other Events. We looked for a long time, before coming up on this Treasure! A very Unique, Fantastic, Private, and Elegant place full of so many entertaining possibilities! This is The Place lasting memories are Built!
Because this Property was intended for my own family first, you will be the benefactor of personal touches you will not find else where as this Marvelous property is now offered to you

Home has so many amenities, bedding And dinning for 20, Awesome Theater, and Unique home decor that truly sets the stage!
