Newly Renovated Luxury Home with an In-ground Pool in Tampa Bay!

Welcome to your home away from home in sunny Tampa!

Luxury home in a very quiet residential neighborhood - recently renovated spacious home.

The main home has 4 bedrooms, along with a queen pull out sofa bed, 2.5 Baths, bonus game room, fantastic backyard with a sparkling in-ground pool - pool heater is available with an additional cost (please inquire if you are interested in having the heater turned on) - outdoor screen room with seating for 6, tiki bar, fire pit, newly turfed area in yard with 6 lounge chairs, and corn hole. Perfect for any indoor or outdoor activity to keep all guests entertained. The home has a gourmet kitchen, open floor plan, dining area that seats 6, kitchen island with 4 bar height seats, high speed internet, smart TV's in each room, and a full sized washing machine & dryer.

Two separate driveways for parking - a car is highly recommended for your stay.

There is a in-law suite on site, currently not available. In the future, this 1 bedroom, 1.5 bath with full kitchen will be available for an additional cost. Please contact me for more information.

Be in the middle of all that Tampa has to offer. Only a 8 minute ride to the Tampa airport, 15 minute ride to Raymond James Stadium, 20 minute to Amalie Arena, minutes from Starbucks and Publix super-market and much more!

Family vacation with friends!

Two families stayed in this home with kids ages 1-8. The home was large enough to accommodate the group comfortably. We utilized the pool several times, and the kids loved the game room. The house was clean when we arrived, and the check in process was smooth. The neighborhood felt safe and we had no issues. The location worked well for our trip. We visited St Pete Pier, Clearwater Beach, Legoland, and the water park at Busch Gardens. A couple nearby restaurants we ate at were Whiskey Joe’s, Ford’s Garage and Hot Rocks Pizza. I would recommend this home to anyone who is looking to explore the Tampa area!

Great Family Experience!

Family Christmas Getaway

Our family had a great time at this VRBO. Spent many hours in the pool. Enjoyed the fire pit. There were ten family members in our party and there was plenty of room for everyone.

Awesome house

We stayed here for 4 days with 8 girls and were close to the airport and everything we wanted to do. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and the home had everything we needed. The communication was so easy and we loved having the pool. We spent most of our time in it. Loved the whole trip. Thank you again! Definitely try Oxford Exchange if staying here! It was amazing.

Great place for a weekend getaway with friends!

The property was great. Awesome location close to everything but still tucked away to where you felt like you weren't in the big city. The pool and space was wonderful. The only suggestions I had was to have some blankets in the living room areas and there wasn't a wide selection of cooking items. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay at your home!

Quick Fun Weekend

9 adult family members enjoyed the warmth of Tampa in this home. Not enough time to use all the fun amenities, but we hung out around the fire pit along with the pool. Lovely time!

Awesome place!!!!

The house was bigger than it seems in the pictures. It’s an entertainment paradise!! We were here to relax and catch a football game. 12 minutes to the stadium and 12 minutes to Clearwater. It was easy to loose track of time here as we had a shuffle board in the garage, arcade game and poker table. Plenty to do out in the yard with the large pool that dives down to about 9ft. Played bags and safe axe throwing game. Hung out at the tiki bar and fire pit area. I usually explore the city I visit but this made it very easy to stay in and have fun. House was very clean and every room had a very large Roku tv. Four rooms with 8 beds and the option for room to crash on the L-sectional in the garage or the clinch in the living room. Tara was great communicating with me. Everything was supplied in the home. The neighborhood was extremely quiet and safe. Very pleasant stay!!!!

A nice getaway

This property was exactly as described! The house was clean and had a lot of space to enjoy. It was well stocked with everything we needed too. The outdoor area was so much fun; a great place to hang out. Tara was super responsive and accommodating throughout.

Do yourself a favor and stay here (zero cons)

We had a great workcation; the property was fabulous! The entire place felt brand-new, it was top-tier clean (rated by a germaphobe), cozy, with a fabulous outdoor area for lounging. The neighborhood was nice as well; felt totally comfortable taking morning strolls to get my steps in. I'd love to return next time I'm in Tampa!

Amazing property

What a wonderful property. The home is exactly as pictured. It’s beautiful and would be suitable for family and/or friend groups! Tara was very helpful with questions and extremely quick to respond. The ONLY thing I would recommend for your stay here is WATER SOCKS! The pool is amazing but the grit of the pool floor/sides is very harsh on the feet and caused a few small cuts for several in my group!! That being said, don’t pass this place up! Just get some water socks! We definitely hope to return sometime soon!!!

Cute fun beachy house!

We had the best time staying here for a bachelorette weekend! The pool and backyard was the perfect setup with swim floaties, lounging sun chairs, and plenty of space to hangout. The house was in such clean and fresh condition. The host was easily available and super accommodating for us. Would definitely stay again with a group!

Perfect for families

We had two families (8 people total) and had plenty of space. We ended up staying “home” more than we’d planned and the house more than met our needs. Kitchen is one of the most well-appointed Vrbo kitchens, floors are pool-friendly, beds are very comfortable and there’s a perfect kids room plus 3 additional queen rooms. But it’s the backyard that really makes this 5 stars - pool is fabulous with tons of pool floats/toys, bags, plastic “axe” throwing, fire pit and countless places to lounge for sunning or relaxing. It’s exactly as pictured - a beautiful and relaxing backyard! There’s also a fantastic sunroom with seating for quick pool breaks and a game room. Location is great - 5-10 minutes to necessities and 25 min to everything else! Thanks Tara for a lovely stay!

Overall great place for family fun

Tara was a great host and was quick to respond to any questions before our trip. The house was sparkling clean, with a very open floor plan so our whole family could be together. There are several games and activities for the kids and adults. We enjoyed corn hole, axe throwing and just lounging in the pool. We would definitely recommend this property to families and will be coming back.
