À deux pas des théâtres, des restaurants et de la vie nocturne d'Overton Square, notre appartement de 2 chambres à coucher avec 1 salle de bains est idéal pour les couples ou les célibataires à la recherche d'une escapade ou pour les voyageurs d'affaires à la recherche de variété. Madison at the Square est très proche de nombreuses attractions du parc historique d'Overton, notamment les sentiers Old Forest, le Levitt Shell et le Brooks Museum.

Nous sommes également situés dans le centre de nombreuses destinations populaires, notamment Cooper-Young, Broad Ave, le Collège Rhodes et les nombreuses attractions du centre-ville de Memphis.

Perfect location

We have a dancer at Ballet Memphis and this location was outstanding. The home is very well appointed and comfortable. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Owner very responsive. Highly recommend.

Great location with character

We had a great time in Memphis. It was so great to be able to walk to dinner, shops, and coffee. We were never more than 15 minutes away from the places we were exploring. The house is older and we liked the Memphis decor. The host was responsive and gracious.

We had a nice stay at Chris and Debbie's place. The location was ideal being walking distance to many attractions and food and the place was just as described. It was clean, comfortable and we had everything we needed. We would stay here again on a return visit and highly recommend!

Great location & place

Being a Memphis native, I was drawn to the location, which was even better than I remembered. Only steps away from great entertainment in midtown! The house itself is also cute & comfy with all the amenities we needed. Would stay here again!

Great Memphis charm

I was born & raised in Memphis but moved away a decade ago. So in planning my first visit back I wanted a place in the heart of things and knew right where to look, and I found this place within a mile of where I used to live. This place fit the bill perfectly. The hosts were very responsive and worked with me on several questions and it made my stay here exactly what I was looking for. Highly recommend!

Daughter’s Birthday Trip

We came to Memphis for my daughter’s birthday. She wanted to see Graceland. I looked for a property with good reviews and in a good neighborhood. I found this property and decided to give it a try. This house was perfect for our stay. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 starts was because the house needs a little remodeling done due to some structural imperfections. I would recommend staying here and would stay here again if we ever go back to Memphis.

Most responsive host ever in my experience of worldwide travel. Immediate & helpful replies to questions or concerns (which were few). Clean, quiet, comfortable home in a safe residential neighborhood within walking distance to cafes, bars, restaurants, & most importantly, the venue for the Indie Memphis Film Festival. Chris & Debbie provided every imaginable amenity - including GOOD coffee! Will definitely stay again if available next year for the Festival😊

Nice spot for a few days

This is an older home in a nice area. I had a little issue with the key box, but the host called me immediately and opened the key box remotely. Overton Square is walkable, so we were able to walk down the road for food and drinks.

We loved the location so close to Overton Park. Owner responded promptly to our questions and provided a great online guide for the Memphis area and for staying at the home. Updated, nicely decorated, and comfortable home with everything that we needed for our stay.

Tons of Character!

Very clean home, my wife and 3 boys stayed here recently and it fit everything we needed! Only thing that wasn't PERFECT was the front room with pullout was very bright for my 6 year old to get sleep, mixed with a couple loud cars on the street driving by.(porch light doesn't turn off and location trade off is that home is so close to great nightlife, but traffic is traffic lol) Host offered to try to help us figure something out with porch light but we just decided to make it work. We'd stay again as it was very affordable and worked well for us. Shower was nice and Small kitchen and gas range was wonderful :)

Top lodging in Memphis

To be brief, the reviews below do not lie. On the contrary, Chris and Debbie's vacation home is simply beautiful, well located, very spacious and super well equipped. Fantastic base to explore Memphis and the surrounding area.... and to recover on the porch afterwards. So, without any doubt, 5 stars from the Belgians also. ;-)

Great little getaway in the heart of it all!

This little home was great for our purpose. We just wanted a little getaway that was in town, and this fit perfect! It is close enough that we could have walked to many places if we so chose. Amazingly, even though it was in the middle of everything, it was also very quiet. We rarely heard any traffic at all. It is listed as a 3 bedroom, and it is, with some caveats. One of the bedrooms is in the absolute back of the house and only has a curtain, not a door. Another bedroom is the very first room you walk into, so you have to walk through this bedroom to get in or out of the home. For most renters this wouldn't be an issue, but if you have teenagers, well, it would be easy for them to get in or out without being noticed. Just give them a different bedroom. The beds were very soft and luxurious. The couch was great for lounging around while watching tv. And the kitchen was very cute! Love the remodel!! My husband even took pictures of the bathroom, so I think I may be getting an upgrade at home soon! The digital guidebook helped us find new restaurants to try and suggested some great sightseeing. We did have a little trouble when we first arrived, but it turned out to be VRBO issues, not the owners, and Chris was great at getting it all solved and handled in a timely manner. Overall I would highly recommend both Chris and this house!

Great Stay

This was the perfect location. Very clean and spacious. We were visiting from out of town for the holiday. I was able to cook a huge Thanksgiving dinner for my family at ease with practically everything that I needed. Clean, Easy and Relaxing

I stayed here with my partner and we loved it! Chris, the owner was easy and quick to reply to any questions and check-in was very easy. The property’s location is in a stellar location as I was in Memphis working in the theatre district which was a 7-minute walk away. Restaurants, a street fair, and live music were all less than a 10-minute walk away. I basically parked the car and walked almost everywhere. The airport was just a 15 minute drive away and downtown Memphis was about the same. The house is in a duplex and it was quiet, peaceful, beautiful, and most of all clean. There wasn't anything lacking. There are even bikes, umbrellas, and laundry machines to use if needed. I would happily stay here again if I ever find myself in need of a rental in Memphis.

Great stay!

We came to Memphis for a few day stay to see the city. Very convenient home! My family likes to run and the Overton park is a few blocks away so they were able to get their exercise every morning. We brought our own bikes but the unit does have two available. Downtown Memphis is easy to park so the 10 drive is no problem. We ate out but appreciated the kitchen and the coffee maker! Super comfy pillows. Thanks again!
