Experience an amazing island home in close proximity to Mississippi River & minute's drive to Memphis downtown / medical district. The primary suite is downstairs, with a whirlpool tub. Level 2 has 1 private bedroom & an open loft bedroom with a shared bath. New carpet installed in July 2022

We are new hosts but have travelled around the world & aim to use that experience to create a comfortable & memorable stay for you.

Abby’s place was wonderful. The neighborhood is quiet and the house was very comfortable. She was upfront about the limited parking and helped us understand where and how to park. If I am in the area again I would definitely stay here.

This is a beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. The home is as shown in the description. We enjoyed our stay. The waterfront is close and a must to take a walk or jog. In rating I will give this stay 5 Stars.

Great stay for the weekend!

The place was super clean, the hosts were great communicators when the power went out, and overall easy to work with. It was great having the garage to park our vehicles in and safe. I would stay here again.

Beautiful Home in a Great Location

This home is the perfect choice for a visit to Memphis. We had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. The house was very clean and well stocked with a lot of extras that made it feel like home. The neighborhood is safe and quiet, and Beale Street and Bass Pro are only a short drive away. The host was extremely easy to work with from booking to check out. This will definitely be our choice for a rental on our next trip to Memphis.

Nice clean place to stay!

Property was clean and conveniently located to downtown Memphis, only a 10 minute drive! Beds were very comfortable! Only note for improvements would be it was furnished bare bones, 1 wash cloth in master bath, 1 dish rag, no dish towels, 5 chairs at dining table vs 6, and 3 small snack items and 1 drink were left out on counter as a welcome when 6 to 8 people were expected to stay. We did enjoy our stay and loved the neighborhood and would definitely stay again!

Hello Deanna, Thank you for the feedback. Re: wash cloth- We provide 4 bath towels, 4 hand towels and 4 wash cloth in each bathroom. Re: Kitchen Towel- there are 3 brown towels provided in kitchen. Did you check the drawer next to dishwasher? Re: welcome gift- we provide those snacks as part of welcome gesture to all our guest and not per the head count.

Great Property Consider

The neighborhood was outstanding, with a restaurants and a grocery store close by. The house itself was very clean and we all fit in it well. Abby, the owner, was very easy to contact and she responded quickly. If I return to Memphis, I will definitely consider renting this property again.

Great Location

We rented this house when we took a shirt trip to Memphis to visit for the first time with our kids. The house was in a perfect location with easy access to everything we did (Grizzlies game, Children’s Museum, Bass Pro, Beale Street, Civil Eights Museum). The house was clean and had everything we needed. Hosts were extremely responsive. Would definitely stay here again if we’re ever in Memphis.

This place was perfect for our recent visit. It was located in a beautiful neighborhood that we were able to walk in. We enjoyed the comfortable living area and spacious kitchen. The bed was very comfortable. The only thing that was a challenge was the garage, because we have a full-size pickup, and it was impossible to close the garage door when it was in the garage. Unfortunately, parking on the street out front is not allowed either. It worked out okay in the end, and we can always bring a smaller vehicle for our next stay. I would just give a heads up about the parking.

For my first time, it was a lot smoother than expected. I think the cleanliness could be better but it wasn't "dirty" just sticky floor from the cleaning product and things like that. Great communication.

Great location

If you are wanting easy access to Memphis activities, this place is great. 10 minutes to most downtown things and 25 to Graceland. The neighborhood was very safe, and we loved having a garage. Probably not great for families with little kids as the steps are steep and the balcony is open to the floor below if people get up or go to sleep at different times. There are also no dressers upstairs so no where to put clothes.

Three night stay

This is a nice home in a seemingly safe and pretty neighborhood near the river. The owner was very good with her communication.We were able to put both of our cars in the garage. The floors and baseboards of the home need a good cleaning. Perhaps the cleaning crew missed this before our stay. Being able to use the washer/dryer was helpful.
