The main living area exudes classic Tahoe charm, featuring a grand wood-burning fireplace, lodge-style décor, and a massive cozy sectional centered around a 75” flat-screen TV. Corner windows let in natural light and offer tranquil views of the surrounding pines and back deck. A well-appointed bar area with a sink, wine storage, and mini fridge makes this space ideal for après-ski gatherings or happy hour cocktails.

The open-concept layout flows into the spacious dining area, where a large family-style table invites shared meals and game nights. From here, enjoy filtered views of the lake and mountains. The chef's kitchen is fully equipped with a paneled refrigerator, gas stovetop, double ovens, food warmer, and a generous island with ample prep space. A charming garden window over the sink looks out to the beautifully landscaped backyard.

On the main level, the primary king suite offers a peaceful retreat with a flat-screen TV, with a cozy window seat and plenty of storage. The en-suite features a single vanity, and a stand up shower with bench seating. A half bathroom is also located in the hallway for guest convenience.

Downstairs, a second king bedroom offers direct access to the lower covered patio and outdoor private hot tub, as well as an ensuite bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower, bench seating, double vanity, and walk-in closet. Also on this level are two bedrooms, each with twin bunk beds and trundle pull-outs—perfect for kids or young guests—as well as a queen bedroom that includes a Peloton bike, weight bench, and access to the covered lower patio.

The downstairs game room is a family favorite, complete with a reclining sectional, 75” flat-screen TV, arcade-style basketball hoop, Pac-Man arcade machine, and plenty of puzzles, toys, and board games. A shared hallway bathroom features granite countertops and a combo tub/shower for added convenience.

Step outside to your private, fenced-in backyard—perfect for outdoor games, lounging, or letting the kids run free. Enjoy alfresco dining on the upper deck, complete with a BBQ grill, dining table, and plenty of seating. There's even a batting net for guests to enjoy!
