Aéré et léger, le Blue Point Cottage Beach House, récemment rénové avec goût, est habillé pour la détente et le confort avec des tapis élégants, un mobilier personnalisé et toutes les commodités dont vous aurez besoin pour profiter de votre escapade tropicale.
Le vaste pont principal et le deuxième pont en bord de mer niché au bord du sable blanc vous permettent de ressentir la beauté envoûtante des eaux turquoises sur l'une des plus belles plages des Caraïbes. Flanqué de chaises longues, d'une grande section extérieure confortable et d'un espace barbecue, le bain à remous étincelant vous invite à siroter votre boisson préférée dans le luxe en profitant du soleil, du sable et de la brise tropicale.

Bienvenue à Blue Point Cottage Beach House, Little Exuma, Bahamas. Ce chalet de luxe pittoresque sur le sable blanc de sucre de la célèbre plage du Tropique du Cancer offre une escapade intime dans la beauté des Bahamas. Nous avons essayé de penser à tout pour rendre votre expérience magique - des verres à vin aux paniers pique-nique.

Au large de la maison de plage se trouve Turtle Island qui offre non seulement une protection douce contre les vagues qui se brisent, mais aussi une destination parfaite dans l'un de nos kayaks; profiter d'un pique-nique, ramasser des dollars de sable souvenir ou explorer la mystérieuse grotte.

La maison de plage est aménagée avec deux chambres, une salle de bain et une cuisine et un salon à aire ouverte vous permettant de profiter du style sans couture de l'intérieur décoré par un designer.

La vie à Blue Point peut être aussi tranquille et privée que vous le souhaitez: choisissez de définir votre propre rythme culinaire dans notre cuisine ou décidez de vous faire dorloter avec des plats préparés par le chef avec les prises du jour et une tarte au citron vert fraîchement cuite; apporter ou acheter vos propres produits d'épicerie ou arriver à un garde-manger bien approvisionné; nager, faire du kayak et jouer au volley-ball sur la plage ou jouer au golf et faire des excursions en bateau charter. Et bien sûr, la carte des vins dépend entièrement de vous.

Christmas in the Exuma ‘s

Our family and I had a spectacular time at the cottage. The accommodations were exacting as advertised. Very clean, modern and gorgeous home. The location was most amazing on the Tropic of Cancer Beach . We are so very fortunate to have had the opportunity and plan to return as soon as we are able.

Amazing beach! Great stay!

This was perfect for my husband and I. Just the perfect size with all the amenities needed. The beach was beyond beautiful! We did some travel around the island but we could have simply stayed in and loved every minute of it at this location.

A great location on the best beach in Little Exuma. The cottage was the perfect size for the two of us and had everything we needed for some light cooking enjoyed in the expansive outdoor living area. The deck (and home) have a terrific view of the nearby islands and wonderful blue shades in the water. We have in the past been disappointed by a lack of cleanliness or misleading website pictures, however neither were a problem regarding Blue Point Cottage. The quiet location, a beach usually to yourselves and crystal-clear water were everything we were hoping for on our trip.

Cottage was exactly as photos showed. It was truly paradise on the beach.

Cottage experience was tranquil paradise. Enjoyed the locals and food was amazing at many restaurants on beach. Rented a boat for the day and spent afternoon at Chat n Chill was a great time!!!

Blue Pointe Cottage was the perfect beach house for our trip. The house was beautiful, very clean, and on a stunning beach. The grotto across the way was so cool and we loved visiting Brea's. Can't wait to go back!

Place was awesome, very private. Beach was like white powdered sugar. Judy was very helpful for all our needs, The boat excursion to see the pigs is a must.

Loved our stay

The house was wonderful and exactly as described and depicted in the pictures. The beach is literally the most beautiful beach we’ve ever seen. We kayaked almost every day to the little islands in front of the house, which is a must do. There’s a beach access within walking distance that has Brea’s Delight Bar and Grill, we ate lunch there 3 days, best hamburgers on the island. We will definitely be back.

Paradise found!

We loved our stay at this cottage villa on the incredible Tropic of Cancer beach. The huge sandy beach was amazing and the views breathtaking. It felt very private and peaceful. The cottage is beautifully decorated and comfortable with tons of natural light flooding in. We made most of our meals but also enjoyed a fully catered meal by the caretaker Judy which was a treat. Looking forward to visiting again.

Slice of paradise

This property was exactly what we needed and as described. Quiet, beautiful and serene. Tropic of Cancer beach was indescribable in its beauty. No more than 10 people on the whole beach the whole time we were there. House was perfect. Had amenities as described - hot tub was a bonus at the end of the day. Would love to come back!

Incredible location, simple yet beautiful home with wonderful management.

We loved our vacation to Blue Point Cottage and we’re already planning a return trip. The location was amazing on a beautiful beach and the home was in great shape. It had everything we needed plus the house manager was great at communicating with us to take care of planned meals, onsite massages and a rental car. If I had to find a fault, it was that we had to borrow oars from the neighbor for the kayaks. Everything else was perfect!

paradise on earth

I ALMOST want to say bad things so it becomes a secret! Exuma is the most amazing place I have ever been and this property was just beautiful. The house was great, the hospitality, the amenities all perfect. the location can not be beat! we stayed there with our two teenage sons and it was the perfect size! The property manager was super responsive as well. We will be coming back!! THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING!

Perfect secluded amazing beach and helpful staff!

My husband and I took our first trip away from our young kiddos and this property was everything and more we could have dreamed of. And when they are a little older it will be a perfect place for a family trip as well. Tropic of Cancer beach was the best I’ve ever been to, and we were right on it. Had all the water toys we needed for a lot of ocean fun! Property manager met us with car at airport, led us to best stores to get everything we needed for our stay. Owner was very helpful and provided us with great Bahamas travel tips before we left. Would recommend this property to any beach lover and people wanting a relaxing getaway.

paradise out of the daily routine, totally intimate and precious

We are grateful for this beautiful House It has everything you need to enjoy a wonderful vacation, whether with your partner or family. My wife and I ended up very much in love with this spectacular view, it helped us to pause and clear our minds from the overwhelming daily routine. we really enjoyed snorkeling, kayaking, exploring the place in general. if you like to cook make sure you do most of your shopping before you arrive since the closest market is about 35 minutes away and definitely rent your own car to make it easier to go to different places.

A hidden oasis

From start to finish this place was a joy. We saw three people on the beach the whole week. The jacuzzi under the Starfield Skies. Never saw so many shades of blue. Off the beaten path but worth the Trek. Rent-A-Car. Go swim with the pigs. Is everything you needed all the Comforts of home. Ideal for a romantic getaway or family.

Blue Point Bliss

This was our 3rd visit to Exuma. We ventured out further than usual due to the beauty of the Tropic of Cancer. This by far was our favorite location and rental property. Despite the lovely isolation we still had great restaurants 10 minutes away...Santana's, Tropic Breeze, Blu, Mom's Bakery....and to our surprise a food hut on our beach just a skip away. The house ameneties were more than expected and Judy was promptly responsive to all our inquiries. We may consider the large villa next for a family retreat.

Best beach

This was a perfect spot for my wife and I and 2 kids... We have visited Exuma before and also this particular beach and it can't be beat... It is a comfortable spot to relax and enjoy the area... So convenient to just post up on the beach steps from the house so the beers are always cold. Kayaks were fun to head to islands out front... Hot tub a plus! Property management/owners were a pleasure to deal with. I would not hesitate to recommend this property.

Home Sweet Home

Small but absolutely adorable. Great location, you are right next to the Tropic of Cancer snack shack. We enjoyed this location very much. The house is clean, with lovely finishes, Judy is great if you choose to use her help with groceries etc. Something to keep in mind, if this is your first time, the house has no "recourse book" of any kind, so you better be prepared with your own- restaurants, things to go, places to see. The owner does send you some that, but as a repeat visitor to the island, I am glad we knew all the ins and outs before arriving.

Amazing!

We absolutely loved this cottage. The location was excellent, just steps from the beach. We took lots of walks on the beach and watched the sunset every evening. The boats were great, and we used them a lot. It was fun to paddle out to the little islands nearby. It was so nice to have a hot tub to use on the cooler evenings. The owner was great and easy to communicate with. Judy, the lady that helps manage the property, was super helpful and stayed in constant communication with us while we were there. We also rented a car from her which worked out great for us. We will definitely stay here again when we travel back to Little Exuma, which I hope is soon.

The best place to push "pause".

If you are looking for night life and lots of action, keep looking. If you want peace, quiet and a spectacular beach, start booking. My wife and I just spent four nights here and loved it. The cottage is very clean and well maintained. John (the owner) couldn't have been easier to deal with and his local manager was a pleasure. We rented a car from her. There is no night life or even hardly restaurants that are open past 6pm. But, Little Exuma is the place to push pause. World class beach and not a lot of people. We would go back anytime.

Lots of Sun!

We had a great stay at Blue Point a cottage. The property manager had the place stocked with the grocery list I sent ahead of time. There were things leftover from prior guests including bug spray and oil to help with the noseeums. You need it!! The location on the Tropic of Cancer beach was perfect. There is a little beach bar for food and drinks, Breas Delight, very close by! Be aware that the roads back to the houses on ToC beach are gravel and with rain storms, need to be taken slow. I would recommend a few extra blankets are added to the cottage for comfort. Overall, the home was as described and I would absolutely stay here again!
