Maison spacieuse et moderne directement sur l'une des meilleures plages de l'île - seulement 3 autres propriétés sur la plage! Idéal pour s'évader de toute destination, mais avec des services à proximité. Trois grandes chambres avec lits king et salles de bain attenantes, toutes avec vue sur la mer et le sable. Maison de plage entièrement équipée dans un cadre tropical, paisible et spectaculaire. Courte distance en voiture des restaurants, des sites et des magasins. Relié par un pont à Great Exuma où se trouve l'aéroport. Il y a une quatrième petite chambre, adaptée aux enfants, avec deux lits jumeaux.

Great Vacation!

We had a fantastic time during our stay! The house was perfect and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The beach was absolutely stunning—just steps away. What really made our trip special was the property manager, Onike. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and always quick to respond if we had any questions. We truly felt taken care of from start to finish. Highly recommend this place and would love to return!

Really wonderful beach house

We absolutely loved the Papaya House! It was our 4th trip to Little Exuma and have tried a number of home, Papaya House did not disappoint! Location is perfect, the beach was tranquil and private, and the house was stocked full of beach gear and everything you need to relax for a while in paradise.

Beautiful Beach

Amazing Family Trip

The Papaya House was amazing. Love Beach is as beautiful as it sounds. Despite the beauty of the house, my favorite part was being able to snorkel from the beach in front of the house.

Most Beautiful Beach!!

Amazing home on beautiful Love Beach!

We had a great stay at the Papaya House! Had everything we needed and really appreciated having the generator! Onike was great while we were there and always responded quickly to any questions we had. Loved the location and the house with all the extras such as the kayaks, paddle board and floating mat! Can not wait to return to Exuma!

Best beach destination ever!

This is our second visit to Papaya House. Absolutely thrilled with the location, definitely not a place for partying and night life which we were not interested in…such a relaxing, pristine vacation to a safe and friendly small island. We have traveled over the years and visited some of the best beaches in the Caribbean and none are better than Love Beach. We will look forward to a return visit ASAP!

Sheer Beauty

This place was awesome! Can’t imagine waking up to a more beautiful view. The house was super clean and stocked with everything you could possibly need for a fabulous week from games, to kayaks, to beach toys, etc. The owners and Onike were super helpful and friendly and answered all of our questions. I would definitely go back and stay at there again!!!

Amazing House and Cove

The house was beyond our expectations. Videos and pictures of the cove doesn't do justice. You have to see it in person. Host was great, always responded right away. Didn't have any issues and everything was great. Can't wait stay at this house again.

Perfect view and location!

We had an incredible week at Papaya House! The house is comfortable and the view cannot be beat. Little Exuma is quiet and we loved visiting Tropic of Cancer beach (and the bar at the beach became a favorite as well...) and Coco Plum Beach but the beach at the house was our favorite. The screened pavillion was the perfect place for the kids to play and we enjoyed the terrace overlooking the ocean very much. The bedrooms were very nice sizes and the showers were awesome! It was great having water toys (kayak, blow up rafts, etc.) provided. We also loved having the telescope to star gaze at night. We hope to return!

Great Home

Great Home with all the things and amenities mentioned. Only problem was the TV was hard to figure out, also only one TV in the entire home. Some issues with the water reservoir, no phone connection in the house - I asked but didn't get a straight answer. Overall great location very private, but I think they need to work on the things mentioned.

Beautiful

This house is amazing. The house is very well equipped with everything you could ever need. Very clean and very comfortable. The veiw from every room is breathtaking. The private beach is so amazing. With three rooms with all full baths and king size beds the house would easily accommodate three couples. King size beds were comfortable, sheets and towels were top notch also. The location is remote and privet yet very safe. Get a rental car and everything is easily accessible. You have everything thing you need to cook at home or your close enough to eat out. You won't be disappointed!

Beyond our dreams

The Papaya House was everything we hoped for in a beach house/villa. All three King bedroom suites had views of the ocean, so the six of us were very happy. The beach was beautiful and private; pictures don't do justice to the scenery. We had quick and efficient communication with Jackie (owner) and on site assistance from John and Onike. Any questions were answered and all needs were met. We enjoyed boat tours to Thunderball grotto for snorkeling and Sandy Key to wander the beach. Santana's and Tropic Breeze were fantastic restaurants. We are have having food withdrawal without our daily lobster or seafood. We would recommend this location to friends and family.

Papaya House

We got to the house for check in for 4pm and the cleaners were still there until 6:30pm so we were unable to settle in. The AC and refrigerator did not work downstairs. The towels were still wet and floors still full of sand. This house is definitely a beautiful place with a gorgeous beach however we did not appreciate what we walked into after traveling all day.

Beautiful house on the best beach

We were looking for a peaceful retreat on the beach. What we got was a beautiful home located on the best beach on the island. Every room has ocean views. Loved the garden with the fresh vegetables and herbs. We made use of the newly built screened in porch too. Not very many homes have 2 master suites and this house offers 3! All facing the water with large sliding doors so you can fall asleep listening to the waves. We were far enough away from the airport that we decided to rent a car but found that the island is so small that nothing is far. The owners provided a book of suggestions for activities. This was extremely helpful. Thanks to this beautiful home and all of the little touches our dreams of a fabulous beach retreat vacation was by far exceeded!! Thank you!!

Best Beach

This beach is why we booked this house! And it did not disappoint. We’ve been to Exuma before and this is by far, one of our favorite beaches. We enjoyed snorkeling and even swam with a turtle in front of the house. The house needs some TLC. The kitchen is bright! Different from the posted pics. However, it still needs some updating. The bathroom showers are great, but some light fixtures were missing and dents/scuffs in the walls. We did have a septic issue while staying there. The manager was very responsive and worked with us to fix the problem, but we didn’t have water for almost 24 hours. The owners also responded to messages immediately and were apologetic. This house could be amazing with some updates and love.

Very nice.

We had a wonderful stay at Papaya house. The weather was perfect though it would have been nice to have more kayaking days -- just too rough. The house was more than adequate, and, in fact, the 4th bedroom is not as cramped as advertised, though it did not have its own bathroom. The kitchen was supplied very well -- even a bread maker which we did not use -- though some fry pans need to be replaced. Furniture , both inside and outside, was fine. Bedding was clean and comfortable and bathrooms were very well designed. The house next door is under construction and will be quite close when completed, but we met the owners and they were delightful. Onike was very helpful and engaging and we appreciated her efforts to make our stay more comfortable. The roads were MUCH improved from our last visit 20 years ago! As always, the sand and turquoise water were enchanting. Dinner at Santana's and Ocean Breeze -- aka wind -- were delightful and the food is great. Thanks to the Ferris's for a lovely vacation.

Great house and location

Pretty much as pictured and you’re right on the beach - really no reason to leave. They also have kayaks, paddle posts and some floats in garage. But it is also fun to explore! We speant a half day w Exuma water sports to see the swimming pigs and the snorkeling was phenomenal. We also rented a boat at Minns and explored on our own- this is a MUST! And have lunch at chat n chill. The kitchen in the home is pretty small and we found it easier to use the local Chef Ann who is amazing but about $100pp that includes the food. There are not any dinner options to eat out that we found but lunch spots were all good- tropic breeze and Santanas are both close by and great for lunch. The house was great but could use a little TLC - bathroom towel bars were loose and seemed to be an issue w one of the gas burners (gas leak?) that the property manager is looking into. Sofa was not very comfortable (futon type) but overall I still give it 5 stars because the beach, outdoor space, location, and access to chef exceeded our expectations- don’t get me wrong the home and room decor are beautiful- just some minor things they could update as mentioned. Do rent a car when you come!

Beautiful Property and Wonderful Property Management

The home is absolutely breathtaking - the photos do not do it justice. Those in my party were pleasantly surprised by how immaculate and cozy the property was. Onike (property manager) was superb, answered questions promptly before and during our stay. She provisioned the house with some grocery items, arranged for us to have an in-home chef experience with Rondell, which was some of the best food we’d ever had! Onike also provided pertinent info about getting around, places to go and things to see. Additionally, Onike recommended Luther, who was our driver for the week and he too was amazing as we left the driving to him! Our group will definitely be back again to stay at the Papaya House. The only thing we would change or prepare for better next time is to use baby oil or a repellent for sand flies. There was some available in the home but because we are from the U.S., we didn’t realize we should’ve been using the repellent so instead used something similar to “Off” vs the sand fly spray — mainly because we just weren’t familiar with tropical locations. All of this to say, our stay was pretty darn perfect and we will return again and we highly recommend this property. Huge thank you to Onike!

The most spectacular setting and beach we'd ever seen, and the house was modern, well decorated and well equipped.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Great combination of beach and sun with places to sit in the shade and just watch the water. Upstairs balcony off the bedrooms with rocking chairs is just about the best place to read in the world.

There are two double kayaks, a screened in Cabana and full sized laundry machines, as well as lots of water toys.
