House was overall pretty nice . It was for the most part clean except under the couches when I went to get a toy of my grandsons it was a little dirty . We came home with a few extra guest .. just little tiny ants . They really need to leave to pool running because it gets rather dirty. I would stay here again in the future . It was a great location and price .
the house is nice, but the people who do the cleaning need more attention!!! the master bathroom there was hair in the shower, in the bathtub, in the other bathroom the shower was not very clean either !!! I had to buy Clolox and have to clean it before using it mainly because I have 2 small children!!! my daughter's toy fell under the sofa , when I went to pick it up, I realized that under the sofa it wasnât cleaned for a long time. the bathroom and entrance mats were very dirty !!! the house is comfortable, but needs better attention to cleaning
The house is lovely. We did encounter several issues. A dog walk is outside the property so stray dogs ( on leashes) kept my little dog stirred up constantly. The home next door had a chain smoker who kept the outdoor patio on our side, filled with smoke. The internet worked the first day, but didnât work the rest of the time. The provider said that was a common issue for the house we rented. The mattresses are old. You can feel every spring on the beds. The couch recliners were all wonky. The patio furniture cracked or broken. Not enough working furniture to sit on outside. Lastly, the wash machine sounds like the bearings are going out. The load gets off balanced with every load and sounds like it will take off walking on itâs own.
This was on Thanksgiving and it was our 5th Vbro home we have stayed since the hurricane and the complete worst. We had zero problems with any of them, until this one.We had to put water in the pool 2 times. The pool pump was loud. The heated pool days we paid for were refunded because the heater wasn't working when they came to turn on. The pool light was out. They barely provided any items for our 3 week stay and we couldn't wash the 4 towels they gave us. We had to call 2 times for the washer not working. The water in the main bath shower is only scalding or cold. The dishwasher whines loudly the entire wash.
The house was very clean and the pool was perfect for our daughter. Also clean. One thing that was terrible was the WIFI. It was working for 5 minutes and then stoped. I would recomend the house. It was really quiet neighborhood and very friendly.

The house was nice , but the cleaning people definitely needs some work. Under the table in the living room was Mickey ears and a bathing suit bottom. There was hair in the master shower and the comforter on the bed in master suit was dirty also. Other than that the house was nice and worth staying in Davenport!!
Booked online, check in process was very simple. Got to the house on a nice street, it was quite all week. The house was nice and clean, pool was refreshing at the end of long days. Has an electric grill. First time using one. There were only two things that could be updated. First would be to replace the missing panels on the blinds in the sliding doors and more comfortable mattress on the twin beds.
Will book again on next visit to Disney

The following is an email that I sent to the property management company. I have yet to receive a response;
On 3/23/2021 my family and I checked into unit #4100ES.
As we came up to the front door, there was garbage in the landscaping to the left of the front door.
We entered the house and it smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. It was pretty fresh it seemed, as though the person smoking in the property had done so within a few days. This greatly aggravated my sinus condition. Fortunately the house does not have carpet and during the time of our stay the smoke situation became less severe. Thanks for the sinus headaches for a number of us the first few nights.
There was garbage under the front entry table, that was clearly visible, in the form of a Gatorade bottle.
I then noticed that the blinds from the living room to the pool area were damaged.
In the master bedroom the blinds to the pool area were so damaged that they gave a clear view of the master bedroom to the neighbors. This situation was ridiculous.
When we took our grandkids out to the pool we found cigarette butts (and other debris) in the pool itself and additional cigarette buts in the deck area around the pool.
On the second day, when I took out the trash, the ground in the area of the garbage can had a plethora of loose garbage on the ground. I picked up most of it and put in the garbage can.
The overall cleanliness of the unit other than the items above was far from pristine, but was acceptable.
One other item that you might want to check on. The cabinet where the pots and pans are stored has suffered water damage of some sort in the past, and the shelf is collapsing and I would suspect, from being a home owner for a number of decades, that there may be a mold issue there.
Of course, the items listed above were completely ridiculous, particularly the cigarette butts IN THE POOL and the broken blinds to the MBR. Call me crazy, but it seems that people on vacation should be able to expect privacy in the bedroom and not to have their grandkids swimming in a big ash tray.
Soon after our initial entry into the house, I called the âofficeâ number provided at least four times giving updates as additional problems were noted. In each of these calls, which just rang and range without a pickup (it was still during listed business hours), I left a voice mail as directed. I requested a call back, identified my unit number and my call back number.
I never received a call.

Overall we liked the house, they have lots of bath towels available đ. The main issue we had was with pool heating we paid for 3 days, it was working one day, the second day we noticed that the water was cold late in the evening cause we were out quite all the day, called them and they could fix it only the next day close to the evening, so we used heating for 2 days, they charged us for 3 days in the beginning of our vacation and didnât reimburse us for 1 day, we called them several times and left voicemail after we left the house but they didnât answer and didnât recall.
Was clean and staged beautiful for our arrival. Great option for the family looking for more than a hotel stay. Lots of shopping and restaurants near by and close to Disney also. Will definitely be back.
Renting this home, maintenance should have put more effort prior to renting and my arrival. it was horrible and i did not make the time during my short stay to make reports but i did call the office 2x's. Clayton, is one name if i recall. I wanted a pool vac to clean it myself. i traveled from NJ to enjoy the pool all the days i was there and i did not. it was my primary reason for renting the home. Misc things too, like the can opener didnt work, we had to use a knife. had someone cut themselves..... Oh my Lord the pool lounger - one was broken, i wondered why it was lopsided when i took pics. not even sharable pics of our vacation. The bbq grill was scary looking, i would not dare cook on it.
There were ants all over the pool. Kidding me? Simple things that could have been done prior to my arrival. the remote control did not have a cover. the kitchen drawer was completely cracked. The refrigerator ice dispenser did not work. there were tree leaves or skinny branches all over the pool canopy. the bathroom exit door knob did not lock. I let the front office know this home needed so much more to rent it out.
The check in process was super easy! The home was nice and clean, only down side was I paid for the pool to be heated and it didnât work. They did refund the money for that in a timely manner so overall I loved it!
The house was very nice, but we spent most of our time in the pool. The pool is a little on the small side, but perfect for just 2 adults. We couldn't get the washing machine to fill with water, so we had to take our clothes to our daughters home to wash, i did not call the property manager for this issue. Honestly, the check in processes was a little off. We received an email stating we could pre-register and gain direct access to the home. We did the paperwork, asked for the codes for the house to find out it was a key only property. Why didn't they tell us that in the beginning? I did call the office one day, left a message, did not get a returned call or email. So I waited a couple of days and called back and they did apologize as the person I had left a voice mail for was out of the office the first time I called. I would rent a home in this neighborhood again. So close to Disney yet far enough away to enjoy a quiet neighborhood.
