Cette maison de vacances exécutive près de Disney est parfaite pour votre grande famille. La maison est ouverte et aérée avec des plafonds voûtés. Le grand salon est équipé d'une immense télévision et d'un lecteur DVD. La salle familiale est parfaite pour que les enfants jouent avec la PS2 (jeux familiaux uniquement) avec son unité de télévision / DVD dédiée et est connectée à la salle de bain du rez-de-chaussée. La salle à manger formelle est parfaite pour réunir la famille. La grande cuisine bien équipée a une grande barre de petit déjeuner et est prête pour vous si vous vous lassez de manger à l'extérieur.
La chambre principale au premier étage est équipée d'un lit king size et d'une salle de bain principale adaptée aux personnes handicapées.
La chambre principale au deuxième étage est équipée d'un lit queen et d'une salle de bain complète en suite.
La 3ème chambre est la «salle Mickey» et très populaire auprès des enfants de tous âges et est équipée de deux lits jumeaux.
La 4ème chambre est la «Sunshine Room» également équipée de deux lits jumeaux et est adjacente à la salle de bain du hall à l'étage.
La piscine privée face au sud est idéale pour prendre le soleil.

Golf fantastique: Highlands Reserve Golf Club est à seulement 2 minutes. Il est large et ouvert et une belle introduction au golf en Floride!

Juste au sud de Haines City se trouvent deux magnifiques parcours, Diamondback et Southern Dunes, qui pourraient bien être les deux meilleurs parcours de la région d'Orlando! Et juste au nord de Clermont, il y a beaucoup de bons cours, y compris Legends, que nos invités ont joués et appréciés beaucoup.

Il y a plus de 200 autres terrains de golf dans la région d'Orlando. Si le golf est votre truc, vous ne vous ennuierez jamais!

Ce n'est pas si loin de la plage!: Jetty Park à Cape Canaveral, FL est une belle plage de sable blanc sur l'océan Atlantique qui est à seulement 76 miles (environ 1 heure et 15 minutes)!

Orlando Trip

This house is absolutely beautiful and in a very nice neighborhood. Easy to find and close to many different stores and restraunts. The hosts were easy to work with and quick to respond to emails. Would definitely recommend and I would absolutely absolutely stay here again!

Good Disney Vacation Home!

Property layout was real good for my family vacation and location was great too!Kids tried to use the swimming pool one of the warmer days while we were there but waster was still not warm enough to swim much.PlayStation 2 drive was not able to read any game or movie disks but that was OK for us since my kids were able to watch youtube videos from Roku TV app on bug screen TV.Overall my family enjoyed staying at this property!!!

Great spot a little bit farther out from the parks.

The house was very clean and set up well. The pool was perfect size for us. There are two Starbucks within a mile and two Publix near as well. It’s within 30 minutes of most of the Disney parks. A little farther to universal. Owner was very easy to work with.

Amazing home

We are just back from a 10 day stay in this villa. The villa is beautiful. 3 spacious rooms upstairs and a master with en suite bathroom and walk in closet on the ground floor. The pool is a good size and has some chairs and sun loungers round it. The chairs and loungers were a little dated but with a towel over them did the job. We did have a few problems with the air conditioning unitwhich was leaking and soaked the floor upstairs. However the property manager was so helpful and was easily reachable and even came to look at the problem and got the relevant people out to look at the ac unit. There was a slight problem with one of the toilets upstairs overflowing but again this was sorted easily. The property manager was amazing and checked in to see if everything was alright after our problems we encountered. Over all we had a great holiday in this villa and would definately book again. The only drawback realistically is that you definately do need a car to get around as you are a while away from shops and restaurants. But, that is just florida as a while really. We loved this holiday and this villa.

Certainly NOT stunning

This was a vacation that we enjoyed because we managed to rise above the many shortcomings of the property. In truth and without exaggeration this property is oversold - it is not just tired and would benefit from an upgrade - parts of the property are in a state of disrepair with cupboard doors hanging loose in the kitchen and the lenai failing to keep out the insects from the pool area. The kitchen is short on utensils, glassware and 'picnic ware' suitable for use around the pool.The acerbic comments of the owner cannot deflect the fact the property is NOT of the standard promised in the vrbo listing.

Wonderful vacation week

We spent a week here and really enjoyed our time. We spent a lot of time in the pool. This was our second time staying in this rental because we love the location and the house is pretty awesome. It does need a little updating and a few more pans in the cabinet to cook.

Relaxing with family

House was not cleaned when we got there contacted the property manager they came out the next day. TV and playstation 2 in the spare room not working at all. The owner was very responsive to our concerns. Location is good noise level is high house is located off of hwy 27. Air conditioning is set between 72 and 76 degrees very hot at night bring a fan. Pool was great spent a lot of time in it.

Winter getaway

House was spacious and clean. Living room furniture and house in general is dated but comfortable. Location was close to disney attractions but traffic can be heavy at times. The backyard was nice and private and the pool was inviting and clean. The pool heater did not work while we were there which was unfortunate. Host and property management responded quickly to our requests.

Great location

stayed in Hampton Lakes area before so I knew it was a great place to stay to get to everywhere we wanted to go. The property is in dire need of renovation. The living room furniture especially the couch have seen better days. The carpet in the bedroom was not the cleanest either. But with Covid not that long ago I am assuming owners are not in the best position to upgrade evereything at the moment. But I would say that this villa needs looked at soon. But the location and the amount of sun you get in the day is great.

Fantastic

This is the one of the best properties we have stayed in. It is large and super clean. The kitchen is stocked for all your needs. There was plenty of towels. I have read the reviews prior to choosing this home. I am here to tell you the pictures do not do justice. We felt very safe and relaxed. The pool was perfect and clean. This is a great rental for couples and family's. And the directions that Mr Conrad gives is spot on. You are close enough to everything ypu could need but not to close that you dont have any worries. Out of the 18 homes we have rented this is in the top 3. Thank you for letting us enjoy your beautiful home. We will definitely be back soon. Thank you again.

Disney vacation

My family and i recently stayed here for 6 nights. We did 3 park days so this location was great for us. Took us less than 30 minutes each time. A ton of restaurants/ food places and stores are also in close proximity. The house itself was big enough for my family of 6. The adults could hang out at night without disturbing the children. The pool was great during the hot days.

Good for the price.

The correspondence with John was great. Very flexible. The property is dated. Vents were dirty. Very cold as you can't adjust the temperature. TV in main bedroom is maybe 20 inches and not smart. Only 2 bedrooms had TVs. The lamp in the mickey room was broke so you had to plug it in and out and for a childs room that was unacceptable. Overall for the price it was worth it.

Great Spence for Family!

We had an an amazing time here while on vacation. There were plenty of things to do at the house for a rainy day or a hot day! The pool was nice, and included some toys to play with and a bathroom outside so you don’t have to run through the house wet. We loved the convenience and how close it was to everything we wanted to do. One thing we wish we could have changed was the temperature in the house. It was super cold, especially at night, but overall did not affect our trip. Thank you so much to the host for a beautiful family vacation.

Taking the grown up kids to Disney

Arrived at villa and cleaners had not done a good job. Found rubbish under beds and behind furniture I.e cans, ear buds, playing cards and plastic balls. This was reported to the management team and a quick response was given that cleaners would be informed. Cleared all rubbish myself and vacuumed the house. Contacted the contract manager about the dirty pool and surrounding area, this was cleaned well on our 4th day in villa. Once all our areas of concern were dealt with either by the management company or ourselves the villa served us well as a base location for our visit to Florida. Many thanks

Family stay 2023

Beautiful property. Very spacious with comfortable beds. Traffic getting to/from parks every day was busy so need to factor this into plans if staying during busy times. Traffic noise from main road was unfortunate as otherwise location/surroundings was good-quiet neighbourhood. Communication with owners was excellent. Called property manager when arrived but no further interaction required during our stay. Shops/food places just a few mins drive away.

Listed as expected.

The house was listed as expected, a bit worn but wonderful location. The owners really quick on an email. To me not a big deal but not far off Hwy 27 so there was some vehicle noise while outside and in a few of the rooms. Just stating this in case someone wants a lot of quiet. The sun was pretty well over the pool until until an hour before sunset which we loved. Close to Disney and many other amenities. Literally did not hear the neighbours at all, no one behind you and a large lot.

While we love living near Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, we purchased this home because we would like to spend the winters in Florida after retirement. (The PA winters can be cold and snowy). This is the only vacation home we own. We love our home and while maintain it to a high standard, we like the styling that was popular 20 years ago. Some might say it's dated. We like to say it's quaint. We also decided to let others share our home to help us with some of the costs.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

As previously mentioned, we maintain our home to a high standard. We also try to price the rates so that it is less expensive than 2/3 of the comparable homes so that it is affordable to the average family on vacation.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

We are a unique blend of closeness to Disney (8 miles from Animal Kingdom) and being far enough away from Disney to be in a quiet neighborhood that is reasonable in cost.

We have an amazingly private southern facing backyard (when compared to our neighbors). While many homes in Hampton Lakes have rear and side neighbors that have screen houses that are 5-10' feet away, our unique pie shaped lost makes our backyard extra wide. Additionally, neighbors on both sides have fences, which provide even more privacy. AND, we have no rear neighbors!!
