SERVICE DE PLAGE GRATUIT - Deux chaises et un parapluie - L'unité 3112 est une location de vacances de deux chambres et deux salles de bain récemment rénovée et dotée de tout le confort d'une maison. L'unité 3112 a une reine dans la chambre principale et deux reines dans la chambre d'amis. La salle de bain principale a une grande douche à l'italienne avec des lavabos à hauteur de confort avec des comptoirs en granit et la salle de bain pour invités a une baignoire avec les vanités à hauteur de confort.

La grande cuisine ouverte permet au cuisinier d'apprécier ce qui se passe et la vue depuis les portes coulissantes principales qui mènent à la véranda.

Si vous voulez profiter d'un match ou d'un événement sportif, allumez simplement le grand écran plat et encouragez votre équipe préférée. De la véranda, vous pouvez voir la plage et profiter de la vue sur l'eau. Une laveuse et une sécheuse est dans cette unité pour plus de commodité.

Would stay again

Perfect location! Even though this condo is in the tower furthest from the beach, it still had a great view from the bedroom window or balcony. Easy walk to the beach and even closer to the pool. Nice layout. Kitchen was well stocked. Only thing we ‘missed’ having was a pizza cutter but we made do with a knife. There were plenty of starter supplies for us (toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher tab, and a single use laundry powder). Definitely enough to get you through the first day or two if you shop for supplies there. Only cons we encountered 1) the bed in the master was listed as a queen but was actually a full size. The two in the second room were both queens. We’re a tall couple and there wasn’t room for both of us to comfortably curl up. The beds were comfortable though. 2). There was construction going on above us which required support beams on our balcony to hold up the floor above us. Those took half the balcony space and there was a ton of dust on the table and anything else out there. The workers couldn’t have been nicer, the work was done in acceptable hours, just the lack of space in our balcony coupled with the dust was annoying. If the bed in the master was the queen that was advertised (or even a king because I think there would be room), we would have zero hesitation to stay here again. Ample parking, great proximity to the beach and many attractions, clean property, overall a good experience. We had a great vacation here!

Had checked in to a close by property that was full of mold and mildew and went looking for other rental properties with which we were familiar...had stayed here in the past, and THANKFULLY they had this unit available for our 7 week stay.. Nicely updated and decorated. Except for the current construction going on throughout the entire property (Upgrades and Updates) all the amenities were still intact and useable.

We will consider returning in the future.However, there were a lot of wall hangings that were down and leaning up against walls rather then on the walls. But, that was not a hindrance just an eye sore. The kitchen was nicely stocked and that was very much appreciated. The balcony was great with it's own sliding doors along the outside rail. That was new to us.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The decor in the condo needs a little updating. We had a few problems that were taken care of 2 days after we checked in since we checked in late on Saturday. The kitchen needs to be stocked with better items, no pizza cutter or sharp knives for cutting things. The queen beds in the bedroom were so high off the ground it was crazy no need for a bed to be this high so if you have little ones bring a bed rail. The master bedroom is advertised as a king bed and when I asked was told there was king bed in there but there isn't it is a queen bed. The couch is a sleeper sofa so that was nice but we had to call to get sheets and blankets for it because there were none in the condo. The free beach chairs were nice and the balcony was awesome. The resort has a weird layout because the pool is at the back of the resort behind the 3 towers so it is not easily accessible from the beach (you know how kids like to go from the beach to the pool doing the day). There is no and I mean no storage in the 2nd bedroom just 2 small nightstands with 3 tiny drawers in each stand & the tv in this room was so small it was crazy. There was plenty of closet space in this room but a dresser would have been nice and could easily be placed in 1 of the 2 closets. The kitchen sink has cracks in it and has stains in it which are not very appealing to look at. The office staff was great to work with. I give this condo 3 stars due to the problems we had and the other issues I mentioned.. would I stay in this condo again more than likely not but I would stay at Shoreline Towers again.

Safe, clean, secure and huge, this well appointed 2 bedroom massive condo was a great escape to the beautiful Destin beach. The views are spectacular and you literally can walk across the parking lot ( like 90 ft ) and you are in your beach chair. We were lucky to have the chair and umbrella service included for 2 and we really felt pampered with it. It is so conveniently located to restaurants and shopping... all in a 5 minute drive. I really appreciated the higher end furniture, linens, towels and finishings that made you know the owners cared about the place. We loved our time here and you should not hesitate to book it.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at this property for a month. Let me start by saying that the management company was extremely helpful and professional. We had originally booked a different property but due to some kind of a leak in that property we were told that this was the only place available for us.Property looked clean when we walked in but was very poorly maintained.The carpet was in terrible condition with stains everywhere, management had it shampooed for us. The shower in the master bath had mold everywhere, the vanity in the second bathroom was rotted. The laundry room had all kind of junk everywhere, the throw pillows on the couches were extremely dirty. I could go on and on but the bottom line is do not stay at this property. This place needs a deep clean and a complete upgrade.Angie at the management company was extremely helpful and did everything we asked for to make our stay comfortable and gave us a 15% discount.

I booked this condo for me and my husband along with our 2 y/o daughter for my birthday. When we went to check-in to our room, we walked into our room and it was a completely different room than we had booked on VRBO. I immediately went back to the office, and was told our room we booked, and paid for IN FULL was no longer available due to the owner of the condo was staying in it, due to Hurricane Ida, and that they switched us to another room. Nobody notified us of the room change or showed us the room/sent pictures etc. to make sure we would agree to it before we drove 3 hours to the property. The condo we were given was not nearly as nice, was not a beachfront property (partial views of the beach) and was in poor condition in many ways. We could not use our balcony because the sliding glass door to open it up was broke/stuck, and maintenance could not fix it. The internet did not work and wr had to get management to come and fix it. The ceiling fan in the living room had a blade broken off of it and just shoved in a dresser. The microwave handle was broke. The dishwasher was broke on the bottom. The couch was COVERED in sand. We come to Destin at least every 1-2 years for my birthday, and this was the worst stay we have had in a condo by far. We complained to property management upon checking in about them switching our rooms, and how we felt we should not be charged full price for the room we got, due to it was not what we asked for, was not as nice, was not beachfront, small balcony, etc. The only thing they offered us was to move to another room, with no beach view at all, or we could go home and they would refund our entire trip. We were livid. We decided to stay due to we had already made the drive, took the time off work, etc. But the way the situation was handled was completely unprofessional. We understand hurricanes, as we live on the coast (in MS) and work in LA. But for them to not tell us ahead of time that they were giving us a completely different room, AND for them to tell us they “made up for it” by “upgrading our room to a 3 bedroom” was maddening, since we literally only needed 1 bed for the 2 of us and our toddler to share, and didn’t even use the other rooms at all. In conclusion, I will NEVER book another condo on this property, Shoreline Towers, with this rental management company, and most likely will not be booking on VRBO anytime soon. I am not sure who is to blame for this inconvenience, but we will not be back.

Nice Location

The location was great. Beach access was a three minute walk or if you wanted to explore other beaches, they were all easy to get to. The condo itself is as described, with a nice view from the 11th floor. The decor is dated, but it is spacious and has a big kitchen. The issues we had were that it wasn’t fully cleaned when we arrived. I found candy wrappers on the living room floor and the kitchen hadn’t been vacuumed. However the one thing that was horrible was the refrigerator. It seemed like someone had stored fresh fish in both the fridge and freezer which caused a horrible smell. I reported the issue to maintenance the morning after we arrived and they said there was nothing they could do aside from putting baking soda in the fridge and freezer. This did nothing to help the smell. Any time you opened the fridge or freezer the entire condo smelled like dead fish. This also made the fridge unusable for anything that wasn’t completely sealed. We bought bleach the night we went grocery shopping to try and clean it ourselves but it still didn’t help and we had to throw out all our food that we had just bought because it all got permeated with the fish smell. With the fridge unusable we ended up not only having to throw away food, but also spending extra $$ to eat out. I spoke to management when we checked out and told them again about the fridge issue to warn them that anyone staying there would have the same issue. I don’t know how they can fix it other than buying a new fridge but If you plan on staying there I would ask if the issue has been resolved before you book unless you plan on eating out for every meal during your stay.

Great View! A Week of relaxation for the family.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived a little after 4:00 p.m. Check In was fast and easy, didn’t have to wait, was able to go straight to our rental. This rental have ample amounts of dishes, glassware, utensils (could update some of the cooking spoons) wasn’t a problem because I brought my own. Pots could be updated, they worked out though. Beds were very comfortable, the view from the master was wonderful. Lots of storage space. The bathroom shower could have been cleaned a little more, other than that everything else was very clean. Upon arrival we were told that the hot water heater had a leak, Management was very professional about the situation. Owner had the hot water heater replaced quickly. All in all my family enjoyed our stay. We will be returning. Oh and we were given a free umbrella and two chairs at the beach for our entire stay. There were two extra chairs in the rental which we needed. Very professional management.

Not worth the money spent

Reviewer Comments: The condo needs to be a little more updated for the money we spent compared to others we have stayed at before.Guest bedroom - our girls would not sleep on the sheets because they said they felt like sand paper Master bedroom - they really should think about getting a king size bed because sleeping on a queen with to full size adults is not very comfortable. Also, the sheets kept coming off the bed. The shower head in the master bath needs replaced... hardly any water pressure.However, the view was nice and it was a short walk to the beach.

Great Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Definitely one of the cleanest and most well decorated condos we have stayed at. Stunning view of ocean and very short walk to beach. We did have a temporary issue with the AC but property management helped to resolve quickly. Very nice kitchen but you may want to bring blender, dish towels and a pizza cutter. Everything else was provided. Beds were very comfortable although the master bed appears to be a full and not a king. Other two beds are queen. Tiled master shower was nice. Overall a very nice place to stay and will likely return next year. Bric and Brac restaurant is a short walk across parking lot. Live music and the best crab cakes I have ever eaten.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Definitely one of the cleanest and most well decorated condos we have stayed at. Stunning view of ocean and very short walk to beach. We did have a temporary issue with the AC but property management helped to resolve quickly. Very nice kitchen but you may want to bring blender, dish towels and a pizza cutter. Everything else was provided. Beds were very comfortable although the master bed appears to be a full and not a king. Other two beds are queen. Tiled master shower was nice. Overall a very nice place to stay and will likely return next year. Bric and Brac restaurant is a short walk across parking lot. Live music and the best crab cakes I have ever eaten.
