SFO Airport is only 20 minutes away, and rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are readily available. Public transit is also accessible via SamTrans buses, connecting to Daly City BART for regional travel

Guests must be atleast 25 years old to book; the person making the reservation must stay for the duration.

Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited on the property. If any evidence of smoking is found, the renter agrees to a penalty fee of $250.

Pet Policy: **While our standard policy is no pets allowed, we do permit authorized pets for a fee of $100 per pet per stay. If an unauthorized pet is discovered on the premises, we will require its immediate removal and impose a non-refundable fee of $500. We appreciate your understanding
