Please be aware that we share one wall with a neighbor and have an upstairs neighbor, so some noise may be heard. To maintain a serene atmosphere, kindly keep sound and movement low after 9 pm.

For added security, outdoor cameras are discreetly placed. Please inform us in advance if you're expecting visitors. Note that any extra guests or pets, even if not spending the night, are subject to a charge of $200 per day per guest unless approved.

Similar to the majority of homes in the area, our residence does not have air conditioning. However, with the cooler local temperatures, opening the windows allows ocean breezes to naturally cool the space.
