This is a fully furnished three-bedroom, three-bathroom house set up for comfortable long or short stays. The kitchen is fully equipped with full-size appliances, a coffee maker, and all the essentials for cooking at home. From the dining area, there's direct access to the back porch, making it easy to move between indoor and outdoor spaces.

Each bedroom is set up with different sleeping arrangements. The primary bedroom has a California king bed, blackout shades, two nightstands with lamps, a dresser, a closet, and a flat-screen TV. The second bedroom has a queen bed, similar furnishings, and blackout shades for a darker sleeping environment. The third bedroom has a full-size bed, a hanging rack for clothes, two dressers, and a flat-screen TV as well. All three bathrooms have standing showers, single-sink vanities, mirrors, and standard fixtures.

There's a loft area with a desk and a reading chair if you need a quiet spot to work or relax. The home also includes a washer and dryer in-unit, so you won't need to leave to do laundry. Outside, there are multiple spaces to hang out, including a patio with a fire pit and dining table, a grill, and a back porch with a propane fireplace. Smoking is allowed outside. One pet is allowed at a time.

There's a completely separate apartment in the basement where the property manager lives, but you'll have full privacy with no shared areas.
