THE SPACE
You will be our guests in our charming home with new kitchen appliances, central air. There is a deck as well as a screened in porch overlooking the lake. The master suite is on the first floor, with a queen bed, walk in closet and a private bath with whirlpool tub. There is a laundry room off the kitchen with a half bath.
The second and third bedrooms are upstairs, sharing a single full bathroom.
There is a queen bed and a pair of twins.

GUEST ACCESS
This is a lake-front property with a dock, space for boat, swimming and fishing. This is one of the few VRBO properties on Squantz Pond which does NOT have a street or busy highway running through the property between the house and the lake.

You will have access to the outdoor property and both main floors of the house.

Due to New Fairfield zoning restrictions, 6 night minimum stay is required.
