This condominium features a rooftop pool with ocean views, a gym, a coworking space with a meeting room, a rotating parking garage, and a 24-hour reception. Laundry service is available for a fee. Next to the Hiperideal supermarket, pharmacy, bars, and restaurants. It features a double bed, smart TV with local antenna, Wi-Fi, split air conditioning, a balcony, and a kitchen.
Perfectly located in the Smart Conventions building, you can walk to the Convention Center, restaurants, bars, Hiperideal supermarket, and pharmacy.

You will find on-site: soap, face towels, bathroom floor mats, toilet paper, and a sponge. (Replacement of these is the guest's responsibility.)
Guests will receive a clean property upon check-in. Regardless of the number of nights, we do not offer free cleanings, as our daily rates are discounted based on the number of days booked. (If you require additional cleaning, this will be charged separately. Please contact us.)
LOCATION RESTRICTIONS
- No loud music
- No parties or events
- No visitors or guests not listed on the reservation
- No pets
IMPORTANT NOTES
- We do not provide oil, salt, sugar, coffee, or seasonings, as these are personal food items.
- All guests must submit their identification at least two business days before check-in. Administrative areas are normally open weekdays, Monday through Friday, until 5:00 p.m. Therefore, we request advance notice to avoid inconvenience, difficulties, or impediments to check-in.
- Changes in the number of guests are subject to an additional charge.
- The parking space is for small passenger cars and is rotating and therefore subject to availability.
- We provide guests with a 10 kWh energy allowance per day. By using electrical appliances responsibly, this consumption limit will not be reached, but if it is exceeded, we will charge you for the excess after check-out. The rate is R$1.20 per kWh.
