Beautiful one-bedroom apartment, close to Barra Shopping Mall and the Barra-Ondina Carnival circuit! Suite with air conditioning, a living room with a double sofa bed (see photos), a smart TV, Wi-Fi, and a kitchen. An iron and hairdryer are provided. Located in a modern condominium in Barra, with a pool, sauna, and gym on the top floor. It features a living room with OMO laundry facilities (pay directly through the app) and a pool table, a co-working space with a meeting room, a rotation garage
The apartment is located in the Barra Conceito condominium and is very well located, allowing guests to do many things on foot. The following walking distances are available:
5 minutes from the supermarket, pharmacies, and restaurants
7 minutes from Barra Beach
7 minutes from Barra Shopping Mall
10 minutes from Barravento Restaurant
ROOM COMPOSITION:
- LIVING ROOM: free-standing fan with remote control, smart TV with apps and local channels, Wi-Fi, double sofa bed (see photos before booking), round rug, chair, end table, blackout curtains, and Reikki window
- SUITE: double bed, nightstand with lamp, wardrobe, mirror, split air conditioning unit, blackout curtains
- BATHROOM (SUITE): closet, mirror, shower stall, bidet, hairdryer, and electric shower
- KITCHEN: American counter with 2 chairs, intercom, water filter, duplex refrigerator, 2-burner cooktop, microwave, blender, sandwich maker, and electric coffee maker Glasses, cups, pots, pans, and basic kitchen utensils
- SERVICE AREA: sink with cabinet, mini clothesline, iron
OTHER SERVICES:
- Guests can enjoy the pool, sauna, coworking space, and gym. The OMO laundry service is billed directly through the app at the time of use.

- The apartment has an eco-touch energy system. Whenever you enter the property, you must press the button next to the electronic lock on the main door to turn on the air conditioning. (See photos)

The property will be provided with a basic linen kit: a sheet and a bed liner for each bed, a blanket, pillows, and a towel for each guest. (Replacement fees will be charged separately. Please contact us.)
You will find on-site: soap, face towels, bathroom floor mats, toilet paper, and a sponge. (Replacement fees are the guest's responsibility.)
Guests will receive a clean property upon check-in. Regardless of the number of nights, we do not offer free cleanings, as our rates are discounted based on the number of days booked. (If you require additional cleaning, a separate charge will be applied. Please contact us.)
MAIN PROPERTY RESTRICTIONS
- No loud music
- No parties or events
- No visitors or guests not named in the reservation
- No pets
- Guests are not permitted to use the Gourmet Area (barbecue area) or the Lounge or Rooftop for events.
- Guests are not permitted to walk through the common areas and elevators if they are wet, covered in sand, or in swimwear.
- Smoking is prohibited in the apartment and common areas.
IMPORTANT NOTES
- We do not provide oil, salt, sugar, coffee, or spices, as these are personal food items.
- All guests must submit their identification at least two business days before check-in. Administrative areas are typically open weekdays, Monday through Friday, until 5 p.m. Therefore, we request advance notice to avoid inconvenience, difficulties, or impediments to check-in.
- Changing the number of guests is subject to an additional charge.
- We provide guests with a 10 kWh energy allowance per day. By using electrical appliances responsibly, this consumption will not be exceeded, but if exceeded, we will charge you for the excess after check-out.
- Rotating spaces in G2 and G3
