Perfect location, located in the Ilha de Pharos Residential Building. Close to the famous ItapuĂŁ Lighthouse beach, VinĂcius de Moraes Square, restaurants, bars, grocery stores, bakery and pharmacy.

- All guests are required to provide photo identification to gain access to the property. At check-in, the property will be checked at reception and a Face ID will be issued.
- All guests must wear an identification bracelet. If the bracelet breaks or gets damaged, the guest will have to pay R$10.00 for a new bracelet.

The property will be provided with a basic linen kit: one sheet and bed linen, blanket or bedspread, pillows and one towel for each guest. (If you are interested in replacements, they will be charged separately. Contact us)
You will find on site: soaps, face towels, bathroom floor tiles, toilet paper, sponge. (Replacement of these is the guest's responsibility)
