Just 10–15 minutes from Big Bear Lake, The Village, Snow Play, Bear Mountain, and Snow Summit, you’re perfectly situated for skiing, hiking, and year-round adventure.

The Space:

KITCHEN & DINING
The fully equipped kitchen has everything for home-cooked meals—from a gas stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, toaster, crockpots, non-toxic cookware, dishes and glassware, grill tools, marshmallow roasting sticks, to basic spices and essentials. Coffee lovers will enjoy the fully stocked coffee and hot chocolate bar featuring a Keurig, French press, coffee pot maker, pour-over, Chemex, milk steamer/frother, hot water kettle, and more. We provide some coffee grounds, Keurig cups, teas, hot chocolate, sugar, creamer, and flavorful syrups to start your mornings right. 

LIVING ROOM
Relax in the open-concept living area with plush seating, cozy throws, and a wood-burning fireplace. Entertainment options include a smart TV with streaming and a variety of board games to enjoy.

OUTDOOR LIVING & AMENITIES
Step through the french door into your fully fenced private backyard to enjoy the fresh mountain air and views of surrounding pines. The backyard is designed with elevated amenities for relaxation and enjoyment. Relax on the trex deck with the new Cal-Spa jetted hot tub, propane fire pit, and comfortable outdoor sofa. Cookout on the propane BBQ, challenge friends with giant Connect 4 and cornhole, or enjoy the mini golf putting green. The backyard also boasts a turf area and outdoor snow toys—including sleds for winter, stored in the shed. The gated front porch has Adirondack chairs for morning sunshine and pine views.

BED & BATH
The cabin comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. Upstairs, you'll find two inviting bedrooms: the master bedroom features a queen-sized bed, while the second bedroom has two twin beds and an additional queen bed. Bunk bed is not available for use. A reading and work nook offers a cozy space to relax with a book or catch up on emails.

In each bedroom, a space heater and fan are provided for your comfort.

The newly renovated bathroom is on the first floor and includes toiletries.

Laundry amenities include a stacked washer/dryer available for use. A small laundry detergent is provided for your use.

PARKING
Within the property, there are 4 open parking spaces on the flat driveway—ample space for a boat or RV depending on size.

If you’re arriving after dark, you’ll be welcomed by automatic exterior lighting. The front porch lights turn on at sunset, providing a safe and well-lit entry.

Traveling with little ones? A Pack ’n Play and high chair are available in the master bedroom closet. The cabin includes baby gates that can be used at the top and bottom of the stairs. The kitchen has kids bpa free plates, bowls, and utensils. Keep the kids entertained with the toy box and board game assortment.
