Wake up to panoramic ocean views at Marigot Beach 507, a beautifully updated 1-bedroom, 1.5-bath oceanfront condo located on the 5th floor. Perfect for couples or small families, this bright, inviting space offers everything you need for a relaxing Ocean City getaway.



Step into the open living area, where floor-to-ceiling windows frame the Atlantic and sliding glass doors lead to your private furnished balcony—ideal for morning coffee or sunset drinks. The living room features a Roku Smart TV with Direct TV cable, a comfortable queen sleeper sofa, and plenty of natural light.



The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including a refrigerator with ice maker, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, and a Mr. Coffee drip coffee maker. Enjoy meals at the dining table or take them outside to the balcony for an oceanfront experience.



The bedroom includes a queen bed and double bed, accommodating up to four guests. It features its own half bath, Direct TV cable, and streaming capability for entertainment flexibility. A full hallway bathroom and an in-unit washer and dryer provide added convenience.



Guests at Marigot Beach enjoy access to an indoor pool, hot tub, and beachfront sundeck. The building’s prime midtown location places you near top restaurants, coffee shops, and attractions—plus the beach is just steps away from your door.

The kit includes body soap, shampoo, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, and a sponge—everything you need to get settled in right away.



All linens and bath towels are included with your stay, and every bed will be freshly made before you arrive.

✹ Guests must be at least 25 years old to book and must be present for the entire stay. Sorry, we do not rent to Senior Week or similar student groups. Parents cannot rent on behalf of children under 25.

We’re delighted to welcome you to one of our vacation homes and want your stay to be as enjoyable as possible. Please keep in mind that beach life sometimes brings shifting weather, town celebrations, or nearby construction. You may also encounter local wildlife such as seagulls, raccoons, foxes, or the occasional bug. Our homes are treated regularly, but a touch of the outdoors is part of Ocean City’s natural charm.



If something feels off, whether it’s an appliance not working correctly or an unexpected maintenance issue, please let us know right away. A quick photo helps, and our team typically responds promptly to resolve anything with as little disruption as possible. While these types of issues don’t qualify for refunds, we’ll always do our best to make your stay smooth.



All rentals include our full linen and towel package. Every bed will be made before you arrive, and each guest receives one bath towel along with fresh sheets and pillowcases.



Please respect the home as if it were your own. An additional $500 excessive cleaning fee may apply if the property is left in unacceptable condition, such as requiring cleanup of vomit or urine.



Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
