Our property is clean, secure, and accurately represented in all listing photos. Comments about unrelated neighborhood activity are beyond our control and do not reflect the guest experience. We’ve successfully hosted many guests across multiple platforms without any similar complaints — this situation stems solely from personal preferences that couldn’t be accommodated. While we do our best to meet every guest’s needs, individual preferences cannot always be catered to, especially when the property is exactly as described. Unfortunately, this guest became upset when her demands were not met and appears to be using this review to retaliate. We encourage other hosts to exercise caution, as this behavior can unfairly harm businesses despite professional communication and fair handling of the situation.

Tim review is misleading. He guest never checked in or stayed at the property — he demanded a refund a day before his arrival which outside of the cancellation period. The calendar was blocked for their dates, and we followed the agreed policy.
