Enjoy the entire property during your stay, featuring a spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bath main home plus a private studio guest house. Perfect for groups who want to be together but still have extra space and privacy, this pet-friendly retreat offers multiple outdoor seating areas, a BBQ grill, and a hammock. Backing onto 50 acres of greenery and only 15 minutes from downtown Austin, itâs the ideal spot to relax, connect, and enjoy open-air Texas living.
The Space
With both the main house and studio guest house included, youâll have plenty of room to spread out and relax.
Main House
The 3-bedroom, 2-bath home offers a bright open living area with large windows, a leather sectional, and mid-century chairs. The retro-inspired kitchen features a vintage-style refrigerator, modern appliances, and a central island for casual dining. The primary bedroom has an ensuite bath with a walk-in shower and soaking tub, while 2 additional bedrooms share a second full bath. A separate office provides a quiet place to work or create.
Studio Guest House
Located in its own separate building with a private entrance, the second-floor studio features a Murphy bed, a futon, and a balcony with treetop views. The kitchenette includes a mini-fridge, microwave, sink, and coffee maker, while the bathroom offers a walk-in shower.
Outdoor Living
Gather for meals on the main house deck, grill out on the BBQ, or relax in the courtyard. Multiple seating areas and open space make it easy to enjoy the Texas sunshine. Behind the property, 50 acres of greenery are perfect for morning walks, wildlife spotting, and fresh air.
