POOL HEATING: The pool warms up nicely and is refreshing in the summer months. For cooler seasons, heating is available upon request to warm the pool to 84-86°F. Unless of course you love cold plunges!

✔ $35/day (2-day min)

WINTER (Dec - March)

✔ 2 day notice required before arrival to heat.
✔ The pool cools down at night and takes a couple of hours in the morning to warm back up to the desired temperature.

POOL + HOT TUB MAINTENANCE:
✔ Weekly Tuesday around Noon. Side gate is used and takes less than 30 minutes.

LONGER STAYS: Please contact us for stays longer than 28 days.

HOT TUB: Drained June- September

GARBAGE: Comes every Wednesday morning. Appreciate if guests put it out Tuesday night or early Wednesday morning.
