Reconnect with loved ones in this family-friendly oceanfront condo! Summer by the Sea is a 4 bedroom 2.5 bath first floor Oceanfront condo in Summer Winds! Enjoy the pool right outside your door, beautiful ocean views and just steps from the beach! With an open floor plan, a newly updated kitchen and baths, everyone will enjoy this beach condo! Lots of amenities, close to both Emerald Isle & Atlantic Beach you will love this location! Lots of parking & only minutes to shops & restaurants. As you step inside, you will be greeted with wonderful light and plenty of room for your friends and family.!! The washer and dryer are ticked away in lap closet with easy access. Enjoy beach towels and beach gear in the outside closet! There are two large bedrooms on the one side of the condo, both have access to the Jack and Jill bathroom between them. One has a queen bed, smart TV, ceiling, fan, and large closet, and the other bedroom has a king bed, smart TV, large closet, and ceiling fan as well with views of the pool and the ocean. The open concept living for the dining room, kitchen and living room are in the center of the condo with access to an outside patio, which is just steps to the ocean. Enjoy seating outside to enjoy the view and listen to the ocean. There are tons of ocean views throughout the condo! There is a smart TV and tons of games in the living room along with lots of seating. The kitchen is fully stocked for preparing any meals. You will enjoy the functionality of this kitchen with seating at the counter or in the dining room to enjoy a great meal, games or conversation. You also will have a coffee / wine bar to use. The master bedroom is tucked away in the back corner of the condo on the Ocean side with views and access to the porch. It also has a ceiling fan, smart TV and a closet in the master bath. There are also dressers and a storage area as well. The master bathroom has two separate vanities and a standing shower. There’s also a door that couldn’t go out to the hallway there for easy access to use if needed with the additional bedroom down the hall. This bedroom has queen bunk beds, and a smart TV enlarge double closet. There is also a half bath in the hallway on the side of the condo as well. Enjoy tons of amenities at summer winds anything you can possibly think of is there, the pool, tennis courts, bocce, playground, snack, bar, and tons of parking:) Summer by the sea will create many memories for you and your family and friends. Summer winds, It’s located in the middle of the island so literally you could be in Atlantic beach or Emerald Isle within 15 minutes!! We are sure you will love this location and want to return for many vacations to come!!!!!
