Wonderful property with lovely sound view. Great layout with kitchen open to dining area and family room. Plenty of space for extended family or friends. Elevator broke with there but owners responded immediately and helped us fix it. Would love to stay there again.

It does have a great open plan that allows everyone to be together, as well as the fourth floor area, that gives people private space too. The house was just perfect for our family girls trip. The house had everything we needed. We loved using the pool and even had it all to ourselves some days. We used the golf cart to get around the neighborhood and go next door for dinner, ice cream and groceries. We also loved how the kids had their own floor to watch TV and play video games. Highly recommended this house to families!

We had the very best stay with our family for our daughter’s wedding. The house is perfect for large groups and was impeccably equipped. The subdivision is outstanding - community pool, unbelievable half mile boardwalk to the private island, and walkable to shops, restaurants and the movie theatre! Amazing indoor-outdoor living with a stunning long range marsh/sound view, fantastic decks, and a hot tub. A perfect setting for our perfect week celebrating our daughter.

We had an amazing time in this wonderful house! Our entire family had room to spread out and relax. It was clean and the hosts supplied everything we could need. The kitchen was so nice to cook in and there were even spices there so we didn't have to buy any. We could have just packed our clothes with no other supplies for the beach and been fine. We had 10 people with 4 of them children and they could play on the 4th floor without the noise level becoming unbearable. We enjoyed the boardwalk and the island and the kids were able to catch some fish and some crabs. We ate dinner on the huge deck dining table. It was great! We so appreciate this home and the hosts that shared it!

This is a highly recommended home that is very close to everything in Atlantic Beach. It is walking distance to the grocery, ice cream/candy shop, many boutiques, etc. The home is very comfortable and can easily accommodate large families.

Our group of older kids and I had a wonderful time at this beautiful Sound-side retreat! The house was cozy yet spacious with comfortable rooms, bedding, lounge spaces, and gathering areas. The rooms are well laid out lending to our various uses and needs. The kitchen was well-stocked and easy to use. Instructions and all ultilites were easy to follow and operate. We loved the hot tub and playing cornhole in the backyard! The house is close to the walkway to Atlantic Station Shopping center where there is pizza, ice cream, laser tag, the Food Lion grocery store and other shops. The community pool and dock to Sound gazebo were great as well! Owners were very responsive and helpful! It was well worth it even for a quick trip and we'd love to come back again!

Our stay was amazing! The house was very clean, very comfortable, and near everything. We all commented on how comfortable the beds were. Plenty of space for everyone. Kitchen was stocked with everything you could need. Communication with the owner was excellent/timely. Highly recommend this house and host!

Annual Family Gathering

We have attended our families July 4th BBQ for the past 40 years. The house was perfect for our 23-73 age range of family! The house is beautiful and well appointed. We enjoyed the pool and the easy access to everything
