Superbe condo en bord de mer avec vue imprenable sur les vagues et les couchers de soleil! SituĂ© directement sur la plage avec un grand balcon en front de mer. Échapper Ă  la piscine. Complexe a ascenseur.

Gorgeous Views, perfect location, and very nice complex. We had plety of room for the four of us 50+. The elevator was nice and plenty of parking.

Amazing place

Took a few days vacation around Labor Day. The condo was bigger than we anticipated. Amazing big balcony with the ocean view. There were a couple of minor things that needed attention and the repair guy was over the next morning. Customer service at its best ! Would love to come back!

Amazing vacation

This unit is exactly what we wanted! Perfect location to the beach. The beach was not crowded and so nice and relaxing. The view from our condo was picture perfect of the ocean! The pool and grounds were clean. The condo was perfect for our family, each room has their own bathroom. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed.

Family reunion.

Just perfect. We arrived late from the west coast and the after hours check-in couldn’t have been easier. The property as a whole is well maintained and quiet. The unit was clean, comfortable, spacious and well stocked with both kitchen and beach gear. The view was terrific and beach access was as convenient as can be.

Waking up to beautiful sunrises, and viewing a pod of 3 to 5 dolphin almost every morning from our 2nd floor deck. Steps were easy, but the close by elevator was an asset. Parking was very close to the stairway and elevator.The staff at Cannon and Gruber were a treat and wonderful to work with . We would highly recommend working with this organization.

Perfect Family Vacay

We went as a family of 8. Myself, husband, 4 kids, and 2 grandparents. Let me just say, this rental was great! At this price point, I didn't expect perfect and with 4 kids, I didn't want perfect! I wanted to feel comfortable, safe, and enjoy the AMAZING views. And that's exactly what we did! 3 bedroom, 3 baths, and perfect views. If that's what you're after - this is for you! It also had a closet full of chairs, beach toys, shade umbrella, and more! We don't often visit the same place twice, but if we did, I wouldn't even look anywhere else in Atlantic Beach - we'd be staying here again. Thanks again to Vicki at Canon and Graber - SO helpful and quick for all my q&a's!

Amazing location! Lovely unit.

The unit overlooks the pool and the beach - amazing view! What a luxury to be steps away from both. Many of the units at Bogue Shores seem to still be in repair after last years hurricanes, so only a fraction of them were rented out. The pool was ours for the taking most of the time and it is kept in pristine condition! The unit itself is lovely. The flooring seems to be new and the decor is simple white paint with colorful accents - just terrific. However, the upholstery could use cleaning. And the bathrooms need cleaned with more attention to detail. The kitchen was great - no issues at all. When I contacted the property manager about the dryer not being getting hot and clothes needing very extended drying times, I received a call back within the hour! The dryer vent was cleaned from the outside, which did the trick! We would suggest an investment of better quality mattresses, but we would definitely rent this property again.
