Parking is provided for only two (2) cars and no trailers or RVs are permitted. A limited supply of offsite parking passes are available for $50/wk.
No more than 9 persons, including children, are allowed to occupy the townhouse and the Beacon's Reach common areas (pool and tennis courts).
Noise – TV and audio equipment must be kept at a reasonable sound level. Please consider your neighbors at all times, especially after 11:00 pm.

Jack and Janice were excellent hosts, and their place was just as advertised. The location was great as was their home. I highly recommend it!
Great updated townhouse right on the beach
We loved our stay at this townhouse! It has been completely updated. There is tons of living space and being right on the beach is awesome! Plus it’s near Captains food truck. :)

A time to remember
If you like a beach focused vacation, this is a great place. Wake in the morning and see the ocean. Take an early morning walk on the beach. Sit on the deck, sip your coffee, and enjoy the ocean scenery. Swim in warm water, play in the sand with the kids. Plenty of room on this uncontested beach for all the games you want to play with adults or kids. Great waves for body surfing, boogie boarding, surfing, or skim boarding. This is a beautiful, comfortable, well maintain place for a relaxing time for the whole family, including kids, grandkids, and senior kids (you know us older folks who still like to play.
