Récemment rénové. Condo 3 chambres dans la belle île d'émeraude, NC!
Unité au 1er étage dans le grand complexe Summerwinds. La chambre principale a un lit king size avec 32 'TV à écran plat w / DVD. La chambre n ° 2 a un lit queen size et la chambre n ° 3 a deux lits superposés, parfait pour les enfants! Salon a beaucoup de sièges et une télévision à écran plat de 42 'w / Blue-Ray DVD.
La cuisine est neuve w / belles nouvelles armoires, comptoirs en granit, et tous les appareils en acier inoxydable. Condo a nouveau système AC, chauffe-eau et volets de la plantation à travers tout le condo. Trois piscines extérieures et une piscine intérieure chauffée à l'eau salée à l'intérieur du complexe sportif. Amusez-vous en jouant au tennis, au racquetball ou en marchant sur la plage à la recherche de coquillages et en regardant les dauphins jouer dans les vagues. Communauté fermée avec sécurité 24 heures. De nombreuses commodités pour vous faire sentir détendu et confortable dans notre condo.

Great place with a view

Excellent spot right in the middle of the island. Clean and well decorated, also well stocked with essentials in the kitchen and lots of games to play if its rainy. Owner communication was amazing and check-in was super easy.

Peaceful stay at the beach

Simple awesome.

Carey’s place was amazing. We couldn’t have asked for a nicer place and owner to have-thank you. Kids loved the beach and the multiple pools.

Wonderful beach getaway for entire family

carey and Tom have a beautiful beach condo and have made usfeel so very welcome during our stay. Everything was perfect: starting with the great decoration of the condo, to the groundfloor acces to community pool and just steps from the beach. Our kids (7 and 9) loved the ocean, we enjoyed the easy atmosphere, and would love to come back next year.

The location of the unit was A+! First floor, privacy, close to the beach, pool. The unit had everything you could need for your stay. We went to Beaufort and Emerald Isle to visit with friends.

Nice condo on the beach

Well appointed spacious condo , on the first floor of a multi floor building . Steps from a nice pool and a few steps more from lovely Indian Beach . Beautiful surf, and a wide beach full of shells . Had fun exploring the surrounding towns . Looking forward to a return trip.

Beautifully Remodeled...

We were very happy with our rental! The owners were wonderful to work with and I felt like the week was an incredible value. Being on the first floor with close proximity to pool and beach access was wonderful... Even better than I anticipated. I would absolutely recommend this rental!

Fantastic condo

We love summer winds condos. This is one of the best ones we’ve stayed in so far. And I will for sure book again! Lots of games for indoor family time. It did rain this past weekend so we were indoors more than we had hoped. Love that it’s on the first floor so you can easily walk out to the pool and beach access.

Great vacation!

We had a great vacation! Carey is an ABSOLUTE PLEASURE to work with and her condo was exactly as pictured! We had a few rainy days at the beginning of our stay, but Carey's stock of board games kept us busy! Her condo location was fantastic as the kids were able to play right outside of the patio and we could still see them. The beach was gorgeous and the proximity to it was just a few steps away. We'll definitely be staying again!

So cozy, you'll want to call it home!

Our family enjoyed a long weekend at this condo, and will definitely be our go to spot for all future beach vacations! The condo itself has such character and charm, and when you open the patio door, the sound of the ocean is just amazing. Carey is amazing, very helpful with every question we possibly had. Definitely recommending to any friends and family we have!

Fun stay

We had a great stay in this fantastic location and this condo that is convenient to the ocean, pool and sports complex. Condo is beautifully decorated and makes the most use of the space. We would definitely recommend staying here. Carey was quick to respond to my questions and communication with her was excellent. Don’t hesitate to rent this unit, you won’t regret it!

Perfect in all the righ ways!

What a great condo! The decor was perfect, comfy and current. We loved how spacious it was. Everything you needed. I was very appreciative of all the thoughtful details. The complex is well kept, beautiful pool and beaches and the staff were extremely friendly. We will be back for sure!

Great Family Vacation

We went to the Emerald Isle area for our son's first beach trip. The condo we stayed in was perfect for our family. It was beautiful and modern and a clean place to stay. We had such a great time. We could walk out the back door and go straight to the pool or down to the beach. The condo is also located right down the road from The Crab Shack, which we highly recommend. Carey, the owner, was great to work with. Can't wait to go again.

A great getaway

This 3bedroom,2 bath condo was a wonderful experience. Owners kept in good communication. The condo had easy access to pool & beach. It was in excellent shape & had everything in the kitchen we needed. Beds were comfortable & we heard no sounds above or beside us. Deb from Cary

A relaxing condo by the ocean with all the amenities!

I was so happy with the choice we made for our 3 day stay for a little family vacation! It was my first time to NC and what a perfect location on the beach~with an ocean view. The condo had all the amenities, nicely renovated and it was very clean and tidy. The owner had information in a binder with all the local places to eat and area attractions, and was very helpful on the phone answering all my questions~thanks! I would recommend this condo to family and friends. Next time I want a place to stay on the beach in NC it will be this condo~ loved it!

Can't beat it!!!!!

This is a beautiful tastefully decorated new condo with all the ammenities anyone could ask for. A nice place to relax in a wonderful environment for children of all ages. The sports complex has a great hot tub, swimming pool, tennis, racketball, pingpong, excecise room and games's. Something for everyone's entertainment.

Absolutely Wonderful!

We chose this condo for a 3 day weekend with my parents. The photos and description are spot on. So nicely done, clean, and the perfect location. Carey was so sweet and easy to deal with. She answered all my questions and emails quickly. We hope to spend many more beach vacations in this condo! Thanks again Carey!!!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Our family has vacationed in the Emerald Isle area for more than ten years and we have stayed at many places in that time. We came across Summerwinds several years ago and it was just perfect for our family! They have more of a 'resort' feeling by all the amenities on the property. We just always enjoyed our time here and felt very grateful that we were able to purchase a condo in this community.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Our condo has had a complete renovation. We have continued to make improvements each year for our guests enjoyment. Being a 1st floor unit, it is great to pull up, unload your stuff and walk out the back right to the main pool and beach access. Very easy access to everything within the complex.
