Designed with large groups and/or multiple families in mind. Enjoy resort-style living with a sparkling pool, relaxing spa, and beautifully landscaped backyard featuring four distinct seating areas and a cozy outdoor fireplace. Casita offers a retreat away from the main house, perfect for added privacy or a kid-friendly space. Large open-concept kitchen with a bar top. Ample parking, plenty of room for RVs/boats/trailers.

Centrally located with easy access to the lake, beaches, launch ramp, off-roading, restaurants and nightlife. Bring your water and off-roading toys, we've got space for them!

The main house features 4 well-appointed bedrooms, thoughtfully positioned with 2 on each end of the home for added privacy.

Main House Highlights:
Bedroom 2 (front of the house): King bed, 1 dressers, closet, Smart TV, and a window overlooking the front yard.

Bedroom 3 Also includes a king bed, 2 dressers and closet. * NO TV*

Full bathroom conveniently located between bedrooms 2 and 3.

Spacious living room with a large Smart TV, perfect for movie nights or game days.

Open-concept kitchen with a bar-top and tall swivel chairs, overlooking the living room and dining area. You can also view the backyard!!

Three exits to the backyard make indoor-outdoor living seamless.

Laundry room across from the kitchen with a sink, second refrigerator, and extra shelving/storage.

On the opposite side of the house:

Bedroom 4: Full-size bunk bed with twin trundle and shelving—great for kids or larger groups.

Master Suite : Enormous and luxurious, featuring a California King bed, 1 dressers, Smart TV, direct access to the backyard, and a spa-like en suite bathroom with soaking tub, separate walk-in shower, and extra shelving.

A convenient connecting door between Bedroom 3 and the master bathroom is perfect for families with young children.

The Casita : A Private Guest House. This detached guest suite offers extra privacy and comfort—ideal for in-laws, early risers, or larger groups.

The Casita sleeps up to 10: Two full-size bunk beds, each with a twin trundle bed. It also includes a bathroom with walk-in shower and generous shelf space. In addition, the casita has a compact kitchen with a full-size refrigerator, microwave, sink, and small dining area. Casita includes a Smart TV for relaxing after a day outdoors.

All TVs are Smart TVs: Enjoy streaming your favorite shows and movies. Simply log in to your personal streaming accounts. Please note that cable service is not provided.

Outdoor Oasis: Resort-Style Backyard
Your group will love the resort-style backyard, perfect for entertaining, relaxing, or enjoying time by the water:

Private pool with an elevated Baja shelf — ideal for sunbathing while staying cool.

Hot tub perched above the pool, with an upper deck featuring lounge chairs and a daybed.

Guests do not have access to the garage. However, they can utilize the 3 car 43 ft driveway.

OTHER THINGS TO TAKE NOTE:
-Additional fee for heating pool. Must reach out to host beforehand for approval/arrangements. $100/day ($20/day for monthly stays).
-No parties or events ($1,000 fee and/or immediate termination of your stay, no refund).
-No glitter
-No smoking inside the home ($500 fee).
-Quiet time after 10pm (includes loud voices/music) - per city ordinance
-No unauthorized guests other than those on the reservation
-Trash day is early Friday morning
-Pool cleaner comes every Wednesday

**If for whatever reason an amenity stops working we will do everything we can to repair it. Please be advised that we cannot guarantee repairs can be made during your stay, Lake Havasu is a small town and it can be challenging to get service professionals and parts ordered quickly.**
