Great weekend getaway

We had a great weekend at the condo! Loved how close to water park and river access we were! Beds were comfy, condo was clean and we made great memories that will last forever! Cant wait for our next time there!!!

Men day float trip

The stay was great! As the person booking the VRBO it was a little stressful with all the strict rules of parking, wrist bands, and guest count. We just wanted to make sure we didn’t do anything wrong the whole trip. Other than that it was a great trip.

Condo was very nice, very clean and very modern. I probably would rent a different unit next time because the bunk beds didn't work for us and they could have used ceiling fans in the bedrooms. We would definitely be back to this resort!

Family Summer Vaca

It was a very nice and clean condo, great location for our Schlitterbahn day trip. Blackout curtains would be nice but otherwise great rental! For the property itself, very nice and clean. Would be nice to have easier river access, maybe stairs or handrail down to the river. My dad couldn't get all the way down to the river due to the stepness of the hill to get there. Also, the sprinklers on the less steep pathway to the river were on all day so it was very muddy and slippery by the afternoon. We didn't realize there was an elevator in the building until halfway through which would've been nice to know since we were on the 3rd floor. It was a nice part of the river, very shaded and not too deep, great for sitting and relaxing. We enjoyed our stay!

Good stay but inaccurate listing

The place was nice and well kept, stocked with necessities. My only complaints are as follows: The listing said there was a pullout couch, this was incorrect. The pictures showed a trundle bed which was not on the property either. When I reached out upon check in to inform the property manager, they did not seem believe me and asked me to check again. They did promptly bring an air mattress to compensate. There were also several rules, such as limiting the amount of times to open the fridge. The unit was warm and we were not allowed to adjust the AC lower than 72. Overall fine stay, good location but likely wouldn’t book again.

Honest reviews help us to enhance our guest services and stays and we appreciate hearing from our guests. We apologize for the miss information on the bedding of the unit and are getting that corrected and have reached out to the owner regarding the trundle bed. There are no "rules" as to the number of times that the refrigerator can be opened, what there is, is notification in the fridge that it can take up to 24 hours for the contents of said fridge to cool if it has been totally loaded with off the shelf items from the grocery store. The guests have been made aware by signing contracts prior to arrival that the AC's are not to be turned down below 72 degrees.

Not what we were expecting!

The property was clean and neat upon arrival. Check in process was easy and pain free for sure. The tubes provided for the river was a good feature as well. This was our first time and the property so we really did go off of the photos posted. We were a little disappointed because it appeared the condo had a view but that it did not. All you could see was the large Pecan Tree on the patio. Also the neighbors patio is right next to it with a shared fence so no privacy there. A few things to take away from this property if you are going to stay here. -It is a third floor unit. The unit number should have gave it away but we overlooked that. -Ceiling fan in the living room leaked really bad when it rained. -Do not expect to sleep comfortably at night. The thermostat is programmed to go up to 75 at night and the lowest they want you to put it is 72. If you freeze the unit up and go lower they say they will charge you for the company to make the repair! This needs to be addressed because we are in Texas in the middle of the summer! -Do not touch the settings on the refrigerator either! They will charge you if you mess with them. It also needs to be upgraded. It took over 24 hours for it to cool once we put food in. It does not have an ice maker either. They give you 3 ice trays to make your own. - The living room TV would only play Netflix and Hulu for about 10 minutes then go back to the main screen. Has some type of issue there This review is not to bash but to inform.

Just want to touch on some of the items you brought up in your review… We are very transparent about our units and have very detailed descriptions/current updated photos of the unit. A lot of what you commented on in your review (units floor, view, AC & fridge) are listed in either the description of the unit before booking or in our rental lease agreement which you signed and agreed to. The fan leaking from rain is definitely a concern of ours and have notified maintenance to check, as well as the issues with the living room TV.

Great condo great getaway

The condo was nice, the location was great, and the deer that live in the neighborhood will literally eat out of your hand. We had a great time at schlitterbahn, floating the river and enjoying the town of New Braunfels.

Great location!

Clean and well appointed, this rental was great. Just a few minutes from Schlitterbahn and floating the river. The only thing I wish was better was the water pressure in the showers. It was so low I had a hard time washing my hair. Haha. Other than that, it was the perfect stay!

We were very comfortable in the condo. It was clean, neat, and well stocked. The only criticism we have is the stairwell area and the patio were dirty and could use a good power washing.
