Ceci est un studio à l'étage construit sur mesure Situé dans la partie nord de Charleston, un quartier platonique, résidentiel et non pittoresque. -20 minutes en voiture de la section historique du centre-ville de Charleston et 20-30 minutes en voiture des plages, à 5 minutes en voiture du Palais des Congrès et du Colisée, et à 10 minutes en voiture de l'aéroport. 2 personnes maximum, pas d'animaux, (et je m'en fous de ce que vous fumez,)> NON FUMEUR À L'INTÉRIEUR !! Le studio est équipé de, lit Queen, planchers de bois franc, comptoirs en granit, baignoire avec douche, cuisine complète, cafetière, micro-ondes, ustensiles de cuisine, télévision à écran plat de 30 ", lecteur DVD, télévision par câble, causeuse en cuir WIFI, laveuse et sécheuse , Savon à lessive, Feuilles de tissu
Serviettes, draps, literie, stéréo, chauffage central et air, accès Internet, banc extérieur sur le pont pour toute personne souhaitant fumer, parking extérieur non couvert. La vue est résidentielle, rien d'extraordinaire, mais pour le prix bas, ce studio est probablement l'une des meilleures offres de Charleston. Il est très difficile de satisfaire les préférences de tout le monde concernant les rencontres, je ne fournis pas de rencontres telles que des savons pour le corps, des dentifrices, des shampooings, des rasoirs, n'hésitez pas à me contacter via le site de liste, et j'essaierai de répondre à toutes vos questions. Amazing studio. Amazing price.

This is my second time renting with Tony and he is a very accommodating host. The studio has plenty of space and looks even better in person.

Highly recommend: Perfect, inexpensive and clean!

Like the many other reviewers before us, which is how we chose this property, we had an excellent stay at Tony's studio apartment. When we walked in, we were immediately charmed by how clean and tidy everything was. It was the perfect space for the two of us. Though this is described as a studio, there are several rooms--the living room/bedroom are the main room, and it's a large space. There's also a full kitchen with a small table, a bathroom with a tub/shower (and the shower has terrific water pressure) and a small bonus room with a dresser and washer/dryer, plus lots of empty floor space. (we kept our open suitcases in here). It was amazing to be able to throw a load of laundry in before we headed home, so we arrived home with clean laundry instead of dirty clothes. Having a full fridge--and ice maker--meant we could store some snacks and leftovers. We also had the opportunity to have a conversation with Tony, who owns multiple properties in the area, is the neighborhood president and feeds the neighborhood cats (several of which were very sweet and greeted us as we left or arrived each day). I would say the only two downsides someone may want to consider is that this is a second floor property and the stairs up are tilted slightly but in a way that may feel precarious to those with balance issues. This studio also isn't absolutely dark at night but actually gets a fair amount of light coming in via the window over the door. Just pack your eye masks!

Lovely stay

We have stayed at many VRBO places and this was the best one yet. Tony is a terrific host. The little details that he thought of shows that he truly cares and wants guests to enjoy their stay from the second you walk through the door. The first impression when we pulled up was a bit questionable but as soon as we walked in we knew we found a little gem. Tony had soft music playing, dim lighting and little chimes playing along with snacks everywhere. My husband is a smoker and he really appreciated the bench with an ashtray and even a lighter. I know that seems like a small thing but it was all the little things that made our stay so great. The apartment is beautiful. You can tell he has put a lot of work into it and he has done an exceptional job. We will definitely be back when we come to Charleston again. Thank young, Tony, for making our stay amazing and pampering us. You rock!!

Nice, Quiet Stay.

My wife and I were in town for a wedding in Mt. Pleasant and let me just start by saying this was perfectly located between Mr. Pleasant and the night life of Charleston. A short 20 minute drive to both locations. What you see in the pictures is what you get. There was some very nice amenities like a circulating fan, some chocolates and snacks, and even a bottle of wine on the table. Truly above and beyond. And for the price we paid, we saved 800 over a local hotel the rest of the wedding guests were staying at.We will return if we are ever in the area again. Thank you for an inexpensive, but welcoming option!

Best experience

Tony was so communicative and wonderful! Loved the bottle of wine that was waiting for us. We went to a concert at the North Charleston Coliseum and it was so close to venue. The trip to downtown and to Folly Beach was short too! Overall, loved this place and cute location!

Amazing spot on North Charleston! The location was great for short trips to downtown Charleston, Mount Pleasant, and the North Charleston area. We read many reviews and that’s what sold us on this property, so we would suggest doing the same! Tony goes above and beyond to make your stay comfortable, enjoyable, and affordable. Older cinder block building on the outside. But a nice newly finished inside great space for a couple for a weeken get away. Great host/owner. Very responsive and attentive. Convient location to 526 and 26 in Charleston

Hidden Gem in Charleston

My wife and I stayed at this property whike vising for a concert. All of the reviews are accurate. Lovely little spot. Tony is amazing. He goes above and beyond with every detail. Every expectation we had was greatly surpassed. It's obvious that that hosting is a labor of love for him. We will definitely be staying again upon our return to Charleston.

Pleasant surprise

The pictures make the rental seem smaller than what it is. It’s actually quite spacious. There was a separate laundry room inside of our rental, small coffee bar area and reading area. You can tell the host put a lot of effort into making each guests stay memorable

Amazing Hidden Gem

All I can say is fleeing from hurricane Milton from Tampa, FL was a stressful, anxious, cataclysmic event that lead us to drive thru the night to come to South Carolina and found ourselves at Tony's stay. As a chef, a veteran of restaurants and worked in the hospitality field for almost 30 years, you can tell alot of effort and attention was put into this space. Incredibly kind, thoughtful, and gave us a nugget of piece in a very chaotic time. Highly recommend any one of Tony's properties or working with him as a host in the future. God bless you Tony! Excellent Host

Tony made us feel very welcome and was very accommodating with our every request. The unit was exactly as expected, but maybe even better because of all the extras that Tony provided! The neighborhood was not the best, but the location was perfect for what we needed!

Super Clean, Thoughtful extras

The previous reviews were spot on about this VRBO. The neighborhood isn't why you would choose this place. The location, the super clean and well thought-out space, is definitely why we would choose it again. Also, the attention to detail from the host with the little extras and the well-thought-out space are more reasons to want to come back. Great choice for a Charleston stay!
