Ceci est une belle coutume construit studio à l'étage situé dans la partie nord de Charleston. Un quartier platonique, résidentiel, non pittoresque. Si vous voulez un hébergement sûr, confortable et privé à un prix avantageux? Alors BIENVENUE À LA MAISON !!

North Charleston se trouve à 15-20 minutes en voiture de la section historique du centre-ville de Charleston et à 20-30 minutes en voiture des plages, à 5 minutes en voiture du Colisée et du centre de conventions, à 10 minutes en voiture de l'aéroport. 2 personnes max., Très beau studio à l'étage, pas d'animaux, (Et je me fiche de ce que vous fumez)> NON FUMEUR À L'INTÉRIEUR !! Aucun encens brûlant, le studio est équipé de: Lit Queen Size, Planchers de bois franc, Comptoirs en granit, Baignoire jacuzzi, Cuisine complète, Cafetière, Micro-ondes, Ustensiles de cuisine, Grande télévision à écran plat 60 pouces, Lecteur DVD, Télévision par câble, Accès Internet WIFI, Canapé inclinable en cuir, laveuse et sécheuse, savon de lessive, draps en tissu. Son surround pour chaîne stéréo, Pont extérieur, Grill, Lampes de pont, Pont Stéréo Séparer de l’intérieur, Chaleur et air central, Serviettes de bain, Draps, Oreillers, Literie, Table extérieure sur le pont pour ceux qui souhaitent fumer, Parking extérieur non couvert. La vue est résidentielle rien d'extraordinaire, mais pour le prix bas, ce studio est probablement l'une des meilleures offres à Charleston. Remarque: il est extrêmement difficile de satisfaire les préférences de chacun concernant le savon, le produit de lavage pour le corps, les dentifrices, les rasoirs, je ne fournis pas ces éléments dits objets personnels. Tony was an incredible host! He welcomed us with a bottle of wine, snacks, and everything we could possibly need. He checked in to make sure we were all set and reminded us he was just a phone call away. The location was super convenient and felt very safe. Thank you for a wonderful stay, Tony. We will definitely be back!

Grows on you

We enjoyed our stay! Mr. Tony is a wonderful host. If your a coffee lover it has a keurig coffee maker and is stocked with everything you need to make coffee including flavored creamers and sweeteners. As other reviews stated Mr. Tony also includes some snacks such as crackers and chips. The studio itself appears just as the photos but the outside of the building appeared more aged in real life. We stayed 3 nights and felt ourselves enjoying the place more each day. As other reviewers have mentioned the surrounding neighborhood is not the most prestigious however the studio is very close to the interstate and is appropriately priced. As I mentioned the interior of the studio appears just like the pictures if not nicer and the jacuzzi is a nice touch. All in all we would definitely stay here again.

This booking is phenomenal! As other reviews state, we had never stayed somewhere so thoughtful of guests. It has everything you'd want in a guest property along with other treats that really go above and beyond! Tony is a fabulous host. He worked with me to modify my stay and was an absolute pleasure, prompt and friendly. When I was confused by an appliance he got back to me right away to assist. We were surprised by the exterior of the room. Charleston is not friendly on building exteriors and it was clear the exterior of the building needed to be cleaned. But the deck was the highlight of our trip and the inside is, as stated above, an absolute chef's kiss. This site is about a 20 minute drive from downtown and Ubers are not cheap in the area, so if you plan on dining/drinking in Charleston, might not be the best location for you.

I stayed for a week, and it was wonderful! Everything you need is there! The music on the porch was a great bonus and very welcoming as I arrived. There was a starter set of coffee, creamer, drinks, snacks, and wine! Tony was incredibly responsive! The decor is absolutely stunning! I travel to Charleston for business, so I’ll definitely be back!

Wedding weekend

Although we hardly spent any time here it was perfect for what we needed. It was super easy to get to Charleston. The outlet didn’t work in the bathroom, but Tony was very quick to respond. Between The Masters, Sailing Regatta, and Spring Break most places were super expensive. This was affordable and a great place to sleep at night. Thanks!

Every Luxury in North Charleston

Excellent 2nd floor large apartment with outside deck. King sleigh bed, large, fully-equipped kitchen, big flat-screen TV with extensive channel selection, great sound system and hundreds of movie DVDs. Wonderful jacuzzi shower-tub for two in private bathroom. Washing machine and dryer. Generous wine, cheese & chips, chocolates, etc. gifted by Owner. Dedicated parking spot on grass next to deck steps. Convenient access to Interstate 526 to get downtown or pop over to the islands. All in all, every comfort and a tremendous value!!

This room is a perfect little room to stay in while exploring the are. Conveniently close to the highway (15 mins from charleston) and just a perfect and great host! Will for sure come back sometime!

Luxury Studio

Tony was the best host ever! Contacted me every day to see if we needed anything. The studio was the perfect place to stay and had such a nostalgic feel. When we arrived music was playing and there were snacks and a bottle of wine for us to enjoy. Perfect place for a get away!! Thanks Tony!!

Stupendous

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful stay here. Its very cozy and quiet. And the place is absolutely beautiful. We loved it. And the host, Tony is wonderful! He left us snacks and treats and a bottle of wine. Thanks Tony! We also had complimentary drinks and water in the fridge along with anything else we needed like condiments, coffee creamer, and butter. And we had lots of knids of coffees and cider too. Even had EEOO in the pantry. Overall a real nice place to stay and we will be back.

Wonderful host

Location close to the airport. Beautiful furnishings! The jacuzzi was deep and giant. The host Tony was excellent! All the extras right down to snacks, wine, coffee pods and real cream. Thanks!

Amazing stay as well as Host!

This was an amazing apartment. Very clean and felt like home! Location is great to the highway. Tony's willingness to make your stay perfect is unbelievable. He had snacks, drinks, wine, and music playing upon arrival! Tony is the type of host you want! And he over delivers!

Extremely cute studio apartment!!!

This studio apartment packs a lot into a limited space. The wood work and attention to detail make this cozy studio the perfect place for couples. The host has given great attention to the smallest of details, we arrived to soft music playing on the deck and inside the studio. The best part was the large Jacuzzi tub, awesome after a long day of walking in downtown Charleston all day!!!

Beautiful & peaceful

Tony is very easy to communicate with. You will be surprised when you walk in, it’s way bigger than it looks outside and the work he’s done inside the apartment is just stunning. It’s feels like you’re in an actual house with very good insulation and sturdiness in the walls and floors unlike some apartments. The bathroom is just beautiful and about the size of a bedroom. You’ll have everything you need. I told him I didn’t want to leave lol!

This little studio apartment was a gem. It was exactly as described and Tony (the host) was always a phone call or text away. Every detail at check in was so above and beyond our expectations and we are so thankful for the hospitality that was provided for us. My husband and I spent a week here to celebrate our 27th anniversary and it’s a close drive to Isle of Palms, Sullivan’s Island, Mount Pleasant, Charleston and Folly Beach. We enjoyed every one of those locations and the best food at each. This studio apartment was refreshing to come home to every day and we truly felt like we were home away from home. We will most definitely book this place again. Thank you, Tony!

Perfect for a couple neeeding a getaway

My husband and I cam to stay foe the week while we were visiting my sister. Its not a far drive to the beach or downtown Charelston. Very quite and private which was nice. The free wine and snacks were also so nice. We would definitely stay with Tony again when we come back!
