Unwind in ultimate comfort with a luxurious Queen bed. The suite features a laptop-friendly workspace for tackling emails, two spacious closets for ample storage. Floor-to-ceiling sliding doors fill the room with natural light and open to a stunning balcony view, while blackout shades ensure a perfectly dark and restful sleep whenever needed.

The Patio is accessible from the bedroom or living room, offering an unobstructed view of Miami. It features east-facing lounge chairs to watch the sunrise.

The bathroom is stocked with all the essentials, including toiletries, plush towels, washcloths, and a hairdryer.

For guest and property protection, we have a decibel/noise monitoring device in the condo (which doesn`t record audio) and building security 24/7.

Please note that there is a required guest registration, a condo application process and additional application fees (dependent on your groups size and specifications) , which is listed in the `Other Things to Note` section.

Other Details to Note

Condo Application: A $200 non-refundable fee is required for guest registration. Applications must be submitted at least 14 business days before arrival, or an additional $50 expedite fill be required by the condo association to process (4 day min turnaround).

Security Deposit: A $250 pre-authorization hold will be placed on your credit card and released after checkout, minus any deductions for damages.

Parking: One parking spot is included; a $50 registration fee applies.
Pets: A $200 fee per pet applies, with additional building requirements.
