Stocked with essential toiletries, plush towels, robes, slippers, washcloths, and a hairdryer.

Kitchen:
Fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and all necessary cooking essentials. The dining area accommodates up to six people.

Living Room:
Modernly designed with furniture from BoConcept, Calligaris & CB2. Features a 65" LED Samsung Smart TV with Netflix + YouTubeTV, high-speed internet, Nest speakers, thermostat, and LED Galaxy Lighting Projector. An automatic inflating air mattress is available for extra guests.

Coffee and Tea Lovers:
Indulge in the provided Nespresso machine, Aeroccino milk frother, stovetop espresso maker, and tea kettle. Nespresso capsules, espresso, and tea bags are included.

Health and Wellness:
Yoga mats, a stretching roller, and a TRX for refreshing workouts are available.

Pets:
Pet-friendly accommodations with dog bowls and furniture protection. A guest guide lists dog parks, dog-friendly restaurants, vets, and animal stores in the area.

Security:
Decibel/noise monitoring device for guest and property protection. Building security available 24/7.

Condominium Access:
Resort-quality amenities on the 9th and 38th floors include a fitness center, yoga garden, squash court, spa, sauna, pools, business center, valet parking, and 24-hour security.

For guests interested in a "workation" or digital nomads, our Boarding Pass provides a list of digital nomad-friendly places, coworking spaces with high-speed internet, top coffee shops, beach resorts with internet access, wellness spas, fitness centers, restaurants with outdoor seating and wifi, as well as parks and trails for remote work breaks.
Condo Application Process & Fees: This reservation is contingent upon the condominium's approval of the prospective guest(s) through a background check. A non-refundable application fee of $200 applies for the first adult or married couple. To waive an additional $200 fee, a marriage certificate is required.

Applications must be submitted for approval at least 14 business days before the reservation date. If submitted within 14 days, a $50 expedite fee will apply. Approval takes a minimum of 4 business days. If the prospective guest(s) are not approved, the reservation will be canceled, and deposits refunded (application fee is non-refundable).

Security Deposit: Guests will be required to place a pre-authorization hold on their credit card of choice for $250 for a security deposit. Guests will be prompted to submit their credit card info and complete this process through their Boarding Pass prior to obtaining the property access info. Following checkout, a property inspection will be completed, and the security deposit pre-authorization hold will be released seven (7) days after checkout, minus any specific deductions for damage charges, if applicable. An itemized statement detailing any deductions will be provided to the guest. This process ensures both parties are protected and clear about the financial arrangements related to the property rental.

Parking : There is 1 parking spot included with the rental and please note that a one-time $50 registration fee is required by the building association.

Pets are welcome at our pet-friendly property. The building association permits pets weighing less than 20 pounds. Pet registration, including vaccines, a signed form, a photo, and a one-time $200 fee per pet is required (and paid through Airbnb). Additionally, owners charge $200 for the first pet and an additional $200 for the second pet. Regardless of size or breed, the total fee is $400 for one pet and $400 for two pets.

Age and Booking Policy: This property does not allow local residents within 60 miles radius, groups under 25 years of age, events, parties (bachelor/bachelorette groups are allowed), photo shoots or gatherings of any kind.

Packages & Mail: Mailing packages to this property is allowed, and they can be picked up in the receiving room behind the valet in the parking garage. However, sending mail to this property is not permitted, and mail keys will not be provided to guests.

For transportation within Miami, there are several options available. You can use ride-sharing services such as Uber and Lyft, electric scooters from Uber, Lyft, Bolt, and Lime, CitiBikes, Metrobus, Metrorail and Metromover, or the Trolley.

In addition to the above, there are some important policies and guidelines to note. We follow Rent Responsibly standards to ensure a peaceful and safe stay. We use a smart home device that measures decibel levels to address noise nuisances without disturbing your experience, and it fully complies with privacy regulations.

Please be aware that local residents within a 60-mile radius, groups under 25 years of age, events, parties (except bachelor/bachelorette groups), photo shoots, or gatherings of any kind are not allowed at this property.

Contact Us: Please remember that you’re staying in a condo, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, please contact me (not the front desk), and I will take action ASAP, although I’m not on site.
We kindly ask you to read our house rules carefully and keep them in mind during your stay.
