Gorgeous 506 sq. ft. condo, equipped with Bosch built-in appliances, high ceilings, Brita Standard Everyday Water Filter Pitcher, leather sleeper sofa, closet, LED smart TV, outdoor rocking chair set, washer and dryer, and WIFI.
The Studio has a full-size kitchen and bathroom.
The property includes all kitchen necessities, pots & pans, dishes, glasses, and cutlery, etc. Among the comforts of home, you will also find a toaster, coffee maker, vacuum, blender, and iron (and iron board).
We also include a bathrobe, towels, and hairdryer, and a magnifier-lighted mirror.
HOA REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED.
