Superbe nouvelle construction. Ville fabuleuse, vue sur la montagne et le son depuis le toit-terrasse. Très bien situé car il est facile d'aller à pied au train léger sur rail, aux parcs, aux restaurants, aux bars, aux magasins et plus Tout ce que vous attendez forme une nouvelle construction moderne haut de gamme au cœur de Capitol Hill, à Seattle.

L'espace

Notre maison de ville se trouve dans la rue latérale, ce qui contribue à la paix et au calme tout en restant au centre de la ville.

Premier étage - La porte d'entrée s'ouvre sur la grande salle qui s'emboîte dans cet espace confortable comprenant un petit jardin extérieur, un salon (avec télévision par câble et canapé-lit), une salle de bains à moitié et une cuisine entièrement équipée. La cuisine est équipée d'une cuisinière, d'un four, d'un réfrigérateur, d'une poubelle et d'un lave-vaisselle. Nous avons une cafetière (café non fourni), une bouilloire (thé non fourni) et un grille-pain. Des articles typiques tels que des ustensiles, des planches à découper, des chaudrons et des casseroles sont également fournis. Cet étage dispose également de la climatisation.

Deuxième étage - Cet étage a une salle de bain complète et deux chambres (avec lits queen) et une laveuse / sécheuse. Les deux chambres ont des ventilateurs debout.

Troisième étage - Le troisième étage est l'endroit où se trouve la chambre principale. Il comprend une salle de bains complète (douche, double vasque et toilettes), un lit queen-size et un canapé-lit. Il offre également une vue sur la ville et la climatisation.

Quatrième étage (terrasse sur le toit) - La terrasse sur le toit offre une vue sur la ville, le Space Needle et le Puget Sound. Nous fournissons des sièges confortables pour que vous puissiez tout prendre!

Parking - Il y a une place de parking extérieure disponible à l'arrière de la propriété. Notez que notre place de stationnement s'adapte facilement aux véhicules de taille moyenne à compacte. Un VUS de taille normale sera un ajustement serré. Le stationnement est également disponible dans la rue avec une limite de 2 heures entre 7h et 18h, sauf le dimanche.

Excellent location for big group

My mom and I took my kids and nephew to Seattle and loved this property. The views were stunning and the property had everything we needed. Prepare for stairs: the unit has three tall stories with a rooftop deck above. My elderly mother struggled a bit, but we made it work.

Wonderful Stay near cruise ship dock

The property is new and in a nice neighborhood near a grocery store. We were able to get to the cruise ship dock in about 10 minutes. We are three couples and were very comfortable with the accommodations and amenities. Great communication with hosts and easy check-in.Thanks again Erin and Shawn

disappointing, especially given the cost.

Smaller than expected, and a bit dingy, as compared to other homes we've rented. The listing stated there was a dining space that accomodated six people, but there was no dining space at all, at least not inside the apartment - the managers pointed at the fact that there was a table and chairs on the rooftop patio, but (a) that's not very useful when it's raining or wet, and (b) it is three full stories above the kitchen. We had a problem with the heat the first night, so we were quite cold, but that turned out to just be the result of not understanding how to use the controllers. Also on the first night, in the middle of the night, after we were all asleep, the smoke and/or CO2 alarm started making noise to indicate that it was low on batteries, and when we tried to shut it off, the alarm went off repeatedly, thus ensuring that everyone was wide awake, whether they wanted to be or not. Eventually, we managed to get it shut off. When we reported the incident the next day, I expected that the managers would offer some sort of recompense, given that we had all been rudely awakened in the middle of the night, but they made no such offer. Also, it turns out that there is a major construction project right next door, and a glass door on the first flooer with no blinds facing that direction so that we had no privacy from the contruction workers working just a few feet away. We definitely would not stay there again.

Great location and comfortable stay!

We are a family of five with older kids and had a great stay. The first floor was comfortable for gathering and hanging out. There isn't a kitchen table, but we didn't miss it! There is a large island and the living room was where we ended up sitting anyway as we played games and watched a movie. The rest of the property was perfect for us to spread out as well. We didn't get to spend much time on the rooftop patio, but the views were amazing. Another great aspect of this property is the location - we were able to comfortably walk to great restaurants which was much nicer than driving and finding parking. Capitol Hill is a great neighborhood. Great stay!

This house made a great stay for our family of 6 for a wonderful weekend getaway at Seattle! The beds were very cozy and the master bedroom was spacious enough to add a crib. The kitchen was well stocked with all the necessities. Would highly recommend this house!

Great visit to Seattle and Capitol Hill

We recently stayed at this fantastic VRBO property in the heart of Capitol Hill, Seattle, and it exceeded our expectations in many ways. The house was exactly as advertised, providing a comfortable (three good bedrooms) environment for our group. The check-in and check-out process was seamless, making our arrival and departure stress-free.One of the standout features of this property is its incredible location. Capitol Hill offers an unbeatable blend of restaurants, cafes, bars, and activities right at your doorstep. From the vibrant nightlife to the eclectic dining options, there's always something to explore. We particularly enjoyed visiting local spots like Bar Cotto for dinner and Cafe Ladro for coffee.The house itself shows signs of being well-used, which is understandable given its popularity. However, this did not detract from our overall experience. The real gem of the property is the view from the roof, which offers a stunning panorama of the city. It's a perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the sunset.Overall, we highly recommend this VRBO for anyone looking to immerse themselves in the vibrant culture of Capitol Hill. great location in Capitol Hill. Fantastic roof top deck, even in 20 degree weather, view of the city and the mountains. Property just as advertised. Designated Off Street parking a HUGE plus for the area. Note some other hosts advertise on-site parking But it’s just a permit allowing you to park on the street if you can find it (which is hard to do). This property offers designated off street parking. We will definitely stay here again.

We came into town with our two kids and mother-in-law for a wedding and had a great stay. The condo was close to everywhere we needed to go and had a grocery store and restaurants close. Was just big enough for the five of us.

Fall guys weekend in Seattle

Three college friends in to watch our alma mater take on UW in football. We stayed three nights and this was a great spot. Easy to get to marina for Puget Sound fishing trip and one stop on light rail to UW's stadium. Great house - very functional and rooftop space was awesome. Hosts were very responsive to a couple of questions ahead of time.

Excellent rental property

This was an excellent property for friends to meeting up and tour around Seattle. It’s within walking distance of restaurants, bars, and fun times. The band we came to see canceled at the last minute but we made due with some quality time on the roof-top deck and a beautiful skyline sunset. I highly recommend this property.

Hello. My wife Erin (local to the Seattle area) and I (a Seattle-ite for over a decade) have two wonderful boys who keep us on our feet every day. When we find time, we love to take in the new restaurants in the Capital Hill area, sailing on Lake Washington or the Puget Sound, and Skiing at one of our many resorts in the area.

We are fortunate to have a second home in the heart of the city and are happy to share it out with visitors. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Our townhouse is centrally located in Seattle on Capitol Hill. Just a couple of blocks from Broadway and Pike St., this house is close to nightlife, shopping and some of the city's most influential restaurants and culinary chefs. Other destinations within walking distance include Volunteer Park, Seattle Asian Art Museum, Cal Anderson Park, and the Capitol Hill Link Light Rail station.

Downtown Seattle, Pike Place Market, Lake Union, the University of Washington, Seattle University and The Arboretum are an easy Uber or bike ride way.
