Vivez comme les habitants et profitez du parc Humboldt / du parc Wicker / de la ville de Buck et du village ukrainien!

Mon unité moderne fournira un excellent hébergement pour satisfaire tous les besoins de votre groupe!

La cuisine est moderne, spacieuse et idéale pour faire de la magie! Il est équipé avec les bases et beaucoup d'armoires + réfrigérateur surdimensionné répond aux besoins pour un séjour plus long. Sunroom est parfait pour le petit déjeuner intime donnant sur le jardin. Nous fournissons: cafetière premium, presse française, assortiment complet de casseroles, assiettes et couverts, grille-pain, cuisinière électrique haut de gamme avec four, lave-vaisselle, laveuse / sécheuse à pièces se trouve au sous-sol

Les chambres des maîtres sont grandes., Avec un grand placard. La deuxième chambre est spacieuse avec une table pour votre ordinateur portable.

Le salon dispose d'un canapé-lit queen-size de qualité supérieure pour les personnes supplémentaires. La chambre est dotée de rideaux bloquant la lumière pour vous permettre de dormir après une journée bien remplie à Chicago. Grill extérieur disponible sur demande. Permis de stationnement dans la rue fournis.

Invité a un accès complet à l'unité, jardin et grill. Laveuse / sécheuse haut de gamme à jetons disponible au sous-sol.

Je suis disponible pour tout ce dont mes invités peuvent avoir besoin, que ce soit une question sur l'unité ou des suggestions sur les endroits où manger / prendre une boisson. Excellent accommodations for anyone who wants a clean,’safe, comfortable place, located close enough to be able to access all the Chicago sights. Place was great. Highly recommend!

Super cute and cozy! Great places to walk to and safe & quiet neighborhood. Just could have been a little cleaner.. fridge, shower and comforter seemed to have been skipped.

A beautiful, spacious apartment in a fantastic neighborhood

We loved staying at this VRBO! It was even bigger and more elegant in person. The neighborhood is wonderful, super close to Humboldt park as well as many delicious restaurants (Spinning J is my absolutely favorite) and bars. Igors was such a thoughtful and accommodating host, and we had everything we needed. Can't recommend highly enough!

Great place to stay for Chicago vacation

My teen son and I stayed here for a week. It was very nice. We probably didn't need that much space, but it was great to have. Nicely decorated and comfortable. Neighborhood was great with bakeries and restaurants and the park so close by. Commute to downtown via public transportation was easy, but did take a while. I'd definitely stay here again. Igors was great to work with and answered my questions quickly. Thanks!

Beautiful apartment in Logan Square

I loved my stay at this apartment. The owner was very helpful & friendly with suggestions for local restaurants. This is a 2 bedroom apartment with gorgeous hardwood floors and a huge kitchen. Wonderfully decorated and located in a diverse neighborhood with free street parking. Comfortable beds & Jacuzzi tub in the bathroom. I will be staying here again!

Clean and well appointed rental.

Nicely furnished, comfortable and updated property. Good area to the east for restaurants. I suggest adding a microwave for the kitchen. Parking spot is always available. Excellent communication with the owner. Very nice property!

Superb accomodation

The house we stayed in for a week was an exceptional one. It was large and spacious, well decorated and comfy, and had many items that we needed, even more than we needed. The neighborhood around was quiet and peaceful, as were the nights. Our landlord was nice and talkative, he helped out a lot and was generally a very nice person to be around. All in all, this home was fantastic.

Made me miss living in Chicago!

We were in town for a quick weekend and needed to stay near some friends who live in Logan Square. This flat was beautiful, comfortable, and convenient. And it made me miss living in Chicago! I moved away 24 years ago, but this flat and its neighborhood made me want to move back (don't worry, Detroit, I won't). The Spinning J Bakery is AWESOME and a two-minute walk around the corner. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. If you're worried about parking (as I was), Igors had street permits waiting on the table when we arrived. We got a spot right in front of the flat every day that we were there. Next time we're in Chicago, this is the place we'll stay.

Beautiful and Charming

This apartment was wonderful. Clearly renovated with an eye for design while keeping the historic feel of such a beautiful building. I spent a week in this home with two large dogs, and my teenage son - plenty of space for all. The kitchen was well appointed, great for cooking. The breakfast nook was a delightful place to share a meal. The kitchen is modern and quite frankly beautiful. There were many high end appliances and touches that made it special and unique. The bedrooms had ample closet space. The beds were very comfortable! Igors (the owner) was a delight to deal with from the first point of contact to after our departure. He was helpful, knowledgeable, and very caring. He was available for all questions, and is such a genuine lovely person. We had absolutely no problems at all with our stay, but I am confident Igors would have been able to help if there had been. If you're staying with pets I'd recommend bringing baby gates with you- I kept my dogs in the kitchen area and it worked very well for us. I felt the living rooms were just too nice to have my dogs trampling through them constantly. The neighborhood has some hidden gems - Diana's restaurant is walking distance and has amazing food. It's a small Puerto Rican restaurant that has a selection of meals and sandwiches - but they were the highlight of our trip! Great breakfast and lunch spot! (Try the hot sauce! Homemade secret recipe that can't be beat!). Humboldt Park also has a lot to offer within walking distance - the lagoon is beautiful and has many activities to offer. The neighborhood has a small feel - which I enjoyed. It is helpful to have a car here though for trips into the city or shopping. Parking was very easy as long as you pay attention to the signs. I will definitely be back to stay at this apartment. Thank you Igors for everything!

It was fine

Had issues with check in and needed to wait in vehicle for almost 2 hours for property manager to come let us in property due to mix up with keys. Property owner allowed us to check out late at exit which was nice. Then we received additional charge after trip concluded. When asked about additional charge, property owner responded in very angry fashion alleging property was a mess and damaged at exit and that he had no idea we had dogs which was not the case. The tone and manner of response was harsh. All we wanted was a simple explanation of additional charge which is a very logical to request. I think the way this ended is very sad because the place is lovely and comfortable and I travel not only for personal reasons but outside this trip for business. It would have been great to find a location that was great for business travel too.

Amazing place!

This place is gorgeous from top to bottom! Super easy to check into, quiet building and neighborhood, comfortable, enough room, and the property owner provides everything you could think of needing. When we were packing up to leave we said if/when we come back to Chicago, we're going to check if this place is available first to stay at. 10/10!

The BEST vacation rental

This property was fabulous. It was spacious, beautifully decorated and well-stocked. AND QUIET! The owner was great and very helpful. I loved the jacuzzi bathtub! There were great restaurants within walking distance. The bed was very comfortable, as were the pillows.

Family weekend

I have never taken the time to write a review, however after the wonderful weekend we spent at this quaint apartment, I had to speak up. The unit was exactly as it was represented in the write up and in the pictures. Beautiful wood floors, modern kitchen and bathroom, easy street parking and walking distance to some amazing local eateries. (And as mention by others, you have to go to the coffee shop around the corner). The one thing that made this trip the best however was the courtesy and support we received from Igors from booking the unit to when he notified us shorty after we left that he found a wallet left in the unit!! Igors is a classy guy and a pleasure to work with. I truly hope we get a chance to visit again.

Great apt

Stayed here for 5 days with my 2 older kids. We all enjoyed our stay. We ended up Uber-ing everywhere (i.e. downtown to museums and restaurants), and it was always easy to grab an Uber. Loved the coffee shop next door! Thanks, Igors!

Great place in a quiet neighborhood. We had a great time!

We were here for the weekend attending a beer festival. The house is very nice, well furnished and decorated. We were very comfortable and would stay again next time we're in Chicago. Thanks Igors for being a great host!

Great location for our Chicago visit. Nicely decorated flat with a well equipped kitchen. Bathroom has a jacuzzi tub. Great bakery just around corner. Owner very responsive.. Will likely return in future.

The Humboldt Park neighborhood is truly a hidden gem in the city.

With its kaleidoscopic abundance of cafes and coffee shops, classic vintage resellers, record stores and live music venues, wine bars and fine gourmet restaurants, our area has something for everyone to enjoy and explore.

Personally, what I appreciate the most is how quiet our side street is. Only a block away from busy California and Augusta Street, Mozart is quaint, serene, and lined with century-old trees. Your sleep will not be disturbed.
