Arashi Sunsets Villa est à seulement 200 pas des orteils dans le sable et la meilleure plage de plongée à Aruba. Notre maison spacieuse est située dans le prestigieux quartier résidentiel de Malmok, à 3 minutes à pied de la plage d'Arashi et de Boca Catalina. Situé sur la route principale de la plage, à moins de 5 km des hôtels et des casinos de Palm Beach. Cette belle villa de 2 étages et climatisée de 3500 pieds carrés dispose de 5 chambres avec chacune sa salle de bain attenante, d'une grande salle familiale et d'un salon, d'une cuisine moderne, d'une buanderie et d'une terrasse couverte avec un bar-B-Q en acier inoxydable. La belle piscine creusée et le patio sont parfaits pour se divertir en famille ou entre amis, ainsi que pour dîner et griller à l'extérieur. La maison peut accueillir confortablement 10 adultes dans ses 3 chambres basses et deux suites supérieures.

La villa est située à 5 minutes en voiture du centre de villégiature et du club de loisirs Tierra Del Sol pour une partie de golf et un déjeuner ou un dîner. Le parcours de golf est un parcours de 18 trous de classe mondiale qui accueille des événements professionnels pendant l'année.

Great location, loved the property!

Amazing trip that was based out of this nicely apportioned home. Loved that every bedroom had its own bathroom. Everything that we needed was here whether it was kitchen necessities, beach towels, etc. Location is amazing! We love to snorkel and amazing snorkeling within a 2 minute walk. Having Arashi beach shack nearby too was great too. With a rental car so easy to get to everything on the island. We love to stay outside of the resort area and this house made our trip fantastic - it is a quick car ride to the hotel zone for any of the activities. Host was easy to contact and responsive and check-in and check-out could not have been easier! Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Fantastic Rental!

As 8 adults, we could not have chosen a better house, location, and host. Anneke was prompt and courteous in all her responses throughout the booking process and our stay. The bedrooms are spacious, and the living/common area gives everyone enough room to move around freely without feeling closed in. Large pool and outdoor gathering area, we utilized this space quite often and enjoyed every minute. The house is perfectly situated for walking to some of the best snorkeling spots in Aruba. We visit Aruba often, and this is one of the best experiences we have had from booking to completing our stay.

Absolutely perfect week! The house was exactly what our group of 7 needed to make the most of our Aruba vacation. Short walk to Arashi and steps away from a wonderful place to snorkel. Our family enjoyed hanging out by the pool and playing games at the large table with room for everyone to gather. Very close to everything!

Fantastic Place to stay

We had a perfect experience in Aruba staying at this beautiful house. From booking to arrival, all throughout our stay and our final goodbyes, everything was perfect. Anneke and her daughter Marrit made us feel so welcome and even gave us excellent suggestions for snorkeling and places to eat. A delight from beginning to end. Will definitely recommend.

One of the best family vacations!

This was one of the best family vacations we have experienced! My wife and 3 girls (21-26), along with their significant others spent 10 days at this fantastic property! The property was clean and had more than enough room for the group. The two refrigerators made keeping adult beverages cold 😂. The kitchen was stocked with all the necessary utensils. My wife was able to cook 4 nights without any issue. The washer and dryer also worked very well. The only thing they may consider is to update the furniture on the master bed patio. The walk to the snorkel beach (Boca) is about a 4 min walk. The property has some snorkel gear but it’s a tad tattered. If you want to do some more serious snorkeling I would suggest renting some equipment. Arashi is about a 7 min walk. Get there early (7-8am) to get a tiki hut (free ). The property has tons of sand chairs that are in great condition. We rented two mountain bikes for a few days. We took a fantastic ride out past Arashi to the other side of the lighthouse. It was unbelievable! Having 8 adults we went through a ton of food. The grocery stores are pretty user friendly. Superfoods is good for your big shopping and there are some smaller ones that are closer. We found what we spend for a usual 10 day vacation wasn’t much different. Obviously the American branded product is considerably more expensive. Aneke and Marrit gave us great place to eat Great place !!

The location of the house is great! We loved the pool, the bedrooms were all nice sizes with nice bathrooms, the appliances could use updating, but they worked fine.

A snorkeling paradise!

House was great. Everything you need. Lovely pool and great gathering areas. Host is very friendly and accommodating. Around the corner by the bend in the road is a tiny beach with the best snorkeling on the island. Go out early (we went out 7:00am every morning) and saw tons of beautiful fish, green sea turtles, eels, eagle ray and a barracuda! Just up the road is Arashi beach which is a great beach for swimming and has a little beach hut for lunch and drinks. Hope to return to Aruba and would definitely rent this house again.

Absolute FABULOUS Aruba Rental!

Our group of 8 friends has been traveling together for 9 years. This is the best rental that we have ever stayed in. It was exactly as pictured. Five bedrooms with a private ensuite bathroom for each. The primary bedroom upstairs has a beautiful balcony overlooking the inground pool. The place was spotless. We had plenty of dishes, pots, pans, drip coffee maker, blender, toaster, etc. Lots of towels in each bathroom. Plenty of pool toys, beach chairs, large bags (for buying groceries). There is quite a collection of sunscreen in one of the cabinets on the back side of the bar. We stopped at the store on the way and bought sunscreen---but, you don't need to. Anneke (the host) was so attentive and quick to respond with any questions we had. It is a short 1/3 mile walk to Arashi Beach--you can rent umbrellas/chairs (if you want shade) and Arashi Beach Shack has good beach food, cocktails, beer, etc. Boca Catalina beach is even closer than Arashi Beach, but Arashi is bigger, so we preferred that one. California Lighthouse is 1.5 miles north. This location is preferable to us....we like being in a 100% residential area. The hotel zone is only a couple miles south with so many restaurants to choose from. Airport is 22 miles away. We always rent a car when we come to Aruba. We will definitely be back to Arashi Sunsets Villa!

Our multi generational family of 7 enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. Just around the corner and steps away from the best snorkeling, we were able to spend as much time as we wanted at the beach. We hope to return soon!

The house was clean, comfortable and well maintained. We had a small problem with one shower and it was fixed in a short period of time Marrit, the property manager, was very helpful. It was unseasonably hot and the air conditioning worked well. The pool was clean and well maintained but be warned the pool has no shade. We would be happy to return

Our home is located a short 200 steps around the corner to Catalina Bay; a small secluded beach excellent for sunbathing and considered the best snorkeling area in Aruba. Malmok is the "Gold Coast" area of Aruba and consists of private year-round residential homes and villas. Walking eight houses the other direction, toward the California Lighthouse, brings you to Arashi Beach that has small huts for sunbathing, a large white sandy beach with calm waters for swimming .
