Un penthouse contemporain de 3 chambres à coucher, 3 salles de bain avec plus de 2300 pieds carrés de surface habitable et une vue magnifique sur les levers de soleil du sud. Élégamment décoré avec des équipements supplémentaires tels qu'une musique d'ambiance filtrée et une vaste bibliothèque mettant l'accent sur la cuisine et l'histoire. Les autres équipements incluent un clavier électrique et un chevalet autoportant.

Le condo est nommé "Home South", une description appropriée pour tous les rendez-vous personnalisés. Le salon ouvert comprend un canapé en cuir blanc, un lustre en cristal, un buffet, une table à manger élégante pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 8 personnes et deux vitrines chromées brossées avec des pièces de conversation exquises. Perfect stay!

The only negative was that one of the bedrooms did not have a closet for use. It was locked for owners personal use. The fan/light in this same bedroom could not be adjusted by the remote.

Disappointed

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: For the money spent, needs some updating, especially the bathrooms. Second bath: very tall step up into shower, could not get cool water in that shower (always hot); had to figure out shower heads. In the 3rd bath, could not get the shower head to turn on at all so had to use other bath. We reserved Tuesday through Friday. Since we could not check in until 5pm on Tuesday and had to leave by 9am Friday, we were denied occupancy of about 5-6 hours that we paid a lot of money for. We did not know these check in/out hours until a few days before our stay. We had access to Dish on tv, but we couldn’t access any Netflix or other apps we personally subscribe to. The tvs were useless. We didn’t know we had to pay an additional $70 for an additional car for parking so one car was free. The unit is clean and the view is beautiful, but I can find better accommodations for less money and allowed more time as to when to check in or out. I have leased property in the area for years. Much too expensive!!!

Dryer didn’t work and obviously the owner knew because there was tape over the button. Chairs to take to the beach we’re rusted and one broke when sat on. Master bathroom sink didn’t drain.

Carpet in all bedrooms, Awesome couch, comfortable bed, beautiful panoramic view. When we called to see if we could borrow a dvd player, the owners had one sent by amazon the next day! How nice!

Harrowing experience

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived three days before Hurricane Sally. We asked many locals including the police that patrol the beach whether we should be concerned and think about leaving. Everyone assured us it was not predicted to be that bad. That night we noticed some leaking in one of the windows in the living area. At one in the morning that window blew out and the full force of the hurricanes took everything in the condo and glass, lamps, furniture, tables , EVERYTHING went flying. I tried to call management and they told me no one was coming out and no fire department would answer our call. They told us to go to a back bedroom but the water and wind coming in was so intense that was not an option. The door to get out would not open because of the pressure and we had to break a side glass panel just to get out of the condo. No one from management was concerned or even bothered to check if we were ok. My wife sustained cuts to her leg but we were able to take care of it. After the hurricane passed np one from management checked to make sure the condos were safe to return. If it wasn't for a kind lady who new someone who could put us in a safe place we should still be sitting there. I was appalled that the management had no procedures in place for the safety and well being of the people staying there.We were lucky to get out alive and have learned a valuable lesson about trusting ANYONE'S opinion of the predictability of a hurricane.

8th time and maybe last time to stay at Seachase

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 1101e was very nice and well supplied and enjoyable, one of the nicest units we have stayed in. Our problem mainly centered around the behavior of several of the other folks staying at the property and the often lack of oversight. Our children got to observe a man we were certain was an owner using harsh profanity towards another person on the beach. Our children got to listen to two drunk men in a poolside hot tub obnoxiously argue over meaningless topics using harsh profanity and yelling that someone else called security on. These men were appeared to be with owners or friends of owners. We got to watch a tattoo riddled couple make out in the pool and hot tub while cussing loudly every other word. The next to last day 10-12 seemingly unsupervised kids basically took over one of the pools and several of the other people (including us) were essentially forced to leave or try to supervise and correct someone else’s kids, which in this day and age is typically deemed offensive and unacceptable, so we left. The other seven times we have stayed there security has been a constant presence, but not this year. We drove 13 hours and spent good money on our stay and we are now concerned that the overall atmosphere is no longer as family friendly as we experienced in the past. I will just say it straight out, the place just seemed trashier than it has in the past.

We were being very cautions because of covid 19 and we stayed in the condo and on the balcony a lot. The beds were comfortable and the living room and balcony furniture was comfortable and cozy as well.
